Since you recommended me some animes, I recommend this series for you! It doesn't have obvious romance interactions but the author set up alot of possible pairings which will keep you entertained. And the characters are awesome!

I read the chapter 235 and he didn't explain who the boy was. What's the point of showing the boy then?? Sigh now we have to wait some more...

EDIT: I actually did a bit digging on other forums and one person suggested the boy who stared at the sea is actually from the future. The current year is X784 but the year on the newspaper wrote X791 suggesting a timeskip after this battle on tenrou island.

There is no shoujo type romance, but there are definate romance pairing undertones, from the top of my head I can think of six pairing that have been hinted at.

Is it just me, or is Mashima experimenting with a slightly different manga style? Perhaps he's just experimenting with ait on Erza. She's the only one I really noticed a difference with. Ironically, the difference is even in the cover.

I don't think so, she looks pretty much how she always looks, her hair looks different but that could be because she is surrounded by flames so would give off a different hue., other than that all the other drawings looks the same as usual.

Yo I need some clearing up on things, care to help me out? I'm 17 chapters into Fairy Tail and ALREADY I'm a huge NatsuxLucy fan.

Anyone else notice the reverse NaruSaku(Natsu-pink, lucy-blond) hair color allusion? Teehee. That makes me love them even more! But anyways, yes I know its not a romance manga, but that doesn't mean there can't be romance. So far I've liked the interaction between the two, and it looks pretty damn good for them. Then that stripper weirdo came in, he's chill, Gray. But I got concerned about him and searched up LucyxGray and saw a manga chapter of them hugging, someone please tell me all they have is a platonic friendship? I'm seriously hooked on NatsuxLucy and I'd hate to see GrayxLucy happen. I heard Juvia has a crush on him so I'd brather that happens for him. LOL. anyways, I also heard that pretty far into the manga that they barely have any evidence of happening, please confirm this! I don't trust any other forums because I hear a bunch of stupid crap from them O.O HELPP! TY

Well actually lately in the manga there was a fight that occurred mostly because Juvia loves Gray, but I don't want to spoil it. There's also one other thing where the tables get turned and Gray loves Juvia while she basically ignores him, but I'm not going to spoil that for you either. Keep reading! The thing is, is that there's really not very much of actual romance in the series so far, just hinting and Mashima gettin' pervy. By the way, the art actually changes a lot and it ends up looking nothing like One Piece.

Eek. dont tell me lucy and juvia fought over him -.- man im on 25. i needa know what happens but at the same time i wanna enjoy it and never near the end. its pretty damn good haha xD

I'm also going to say that it wasn't the Gray you're thinking of, but at the same time it can still be considered Gray.

lol @Yoshimoya. The typical "I want to know what happens next NOW but I don't want to be spoiled" syndrome. Just relax and keep reading the manga. Soon you will know what we already know and we can discuss it together. Right now we can't really tell you anything without spoiling it for you. But I'll just say that Mashima gave couple hints everywhere and everyone can end up with anyone. Those four have already hugged each other so there's no definite couple yet. Just pick your favourite and bet on them until it becomes canon.

Pretty obvious she was going to betray him. Good chapter I guess, although I wonder who they're going to get to beat Hades. Perhaps Natsu, most likely a combination of all the powerful people. I suppose it's possible that hades would run away, but it's pretty unlikely since he's a major villain at this point. You never know, maybe Zeref will take on Hades along with them.
