I'm not the biggest fan of Shoujo either, but this one is one of these exceptions I make from time to time. It's sooooo hilarious!

Yeps it was Maid-sama. I'm kinda surprised he is the main :lmao:but damn he is tall, just like a tower.

I was, too, tbh. Shoujo doesn't necessarily have something to do with the gender of your MC though, it's more the intended demographic and type of magazine the manga is released in, which in this case is indeed a shoujo magazine.

I'm not an expert when it comes to Shoujos. I've read most of Arine Tanemura's works though, am a huge fan of CardCaptor Sakura (my favorite shoujo), love Kodomo no Omocha (it's a bit weird), and my favorite ongoing shoujo right now is Akatsuki no Yona. The anime done by SP is surprisingly well done in my eyes. It made me catch up with the manga. Seems a bit clichee in the beginning, but it gets better as the show goes on.

Anyways, there are good shojos out there, just have to look around ^_^

Well, 8 volumes have been released so far in Japan, but only three have been translated online. But I've found out yesterday that 4 volumes have been released in the US already I'm definitely gonna get myself Volume 4. I'd like to collect a shoujo series (next to CCS), and this might be one of them.

I love both equally tbh. But I really, really love the second movie! I'm just sad the Mei Lin was never in the manga...
