I seriously just want this all to be over. I just want the tease to stop, for the back and forth crap to stop. Over it. I love Sakura, she is my favorite character in all of the series, but damn it, who ever said, "why didn't she say anything to Naruto?" was right! No "good luck," or "I know you can do it."

 

I hate Sasuke so much, and it kills me to know that he lives through this whole stupid thing. Forgiveness only goes so far. Sasuke attempted to stab Sakura 3 times now?(Full me once shame on him, full me twice shame on me, full me three times it's time for an intervention!) UGH UGH UGH HOW CAN ANYONE SUPPORT AN ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIP?! HOW?!?!?!?!?!?!

 

I was very calm when I responded the first time but my anger is rising. I still stand by that Sakura can resolve her feelings in whatever dream world she's in and finally be able to let go of Sasuke and love Naruto the way she wants. But I also say that anything can happen, any pairing is still up for grabs. We know Sasuke lives, and therefore he will be able to love again, to what extent or if he can actually love someone in an "eros" way we won't know until that time comes.

The fact is she tried to stop Sasuke the only way she knows, express her feeling to him. However the moment she's done, she got stab (no time whatsoever to know that the battle will happen or not, she was still hoping for team 7 here)

 

Sakura not having a word of support for Naruto I can deal in this present situation.

 

My main problem is female in general in this manga.

Sakura ===» Love Sasuke after everything that happen

Ino ===» Love Sasuke after everything that happen

Karin ===» Love Sasuke after everything that happen

Hinata ===» (If Naruto would do the same love him after everything that happen. I mean during the whole war arc she still  thinking about her feeling only)

When a female character is in love, it's like impossible to break from it, it's became what define her. That is my main problem right now. The other manga I read is one piece and I damn sure prefer female there. I loved Sakura out of all the female in this story because she was aware (remember when she doesn't trust Sasuke) She shown growth, development. Now it's all take away here.

 

The formula for female applies to Naruto too ( WHY SASUKE SO GOD DAMN IMPORTANT, HE ACT LIKE AN ASS THE WHOLE TIME DURING KAGUYA FIGHT)

 

As I state though, it's a chapter freeze in time. What either make a good or bad NS canon for me is if Kishi decide to use the genjutsu Sasuke put on Sakura to help her resolve her feeling definitly in that world. I want her to break from it because NARUTO IS DEAD IN THIS WORLD AND SHE REALIZE SHE CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT HIM.Married her to Sasuke in this world too. SO THAT SHE CHOSE NARUTO OVER SASUKE. Something this big yeah. I want her feeling for Sasuke utterly destroy, smash to pieces.

Especially after Naruto, who suck at genjutsu see Sasuke stab Sakura to the heart and have like 0 reaction and still want to be friend with him. Naruto should have been pissed and Saske explain that he put her under genjutsu so they can fight quietly.

Because this entire chapter revolves around Sakura's love for Sasuke. And pretty much confirms Naruto is a silver medal because Sasuke is an kitten.

IMO since this reunification of team 7 he has reset the characters back to the start of the manga by repeating the same scenarios, in a different setting, thereby ending at the beginning. I hold the hope that during this last epic battle he will demonstrate how these characters have truly changed as individuals to reflect the growth we've seen over the course of this manga.

Now I have a question about the "genjutsu" Sakura is in, as Naruto loosely observed. Could it be possible Sasuke got her with Izanami? As we observed with Kabuto he was stuck within the genjutsu until he came to change and resolve his own conflict. Could it then be possible that Sasuke believes Sakura will not escape as readily due to unresolved feelings forcing her to replay his stabbing/berating her etc. over and over. If she is then to free herself would she not need to admit her true feelings for Naruto?
This would be perfection as Sasuke = narusaku shipper lol
Just a thought ... We need some positive thoughts about now ^_^
Anyway I'm interested in everyone's take on that idea.

Yeah, taking a break is for the best but honestly I can see why people are upset.

 

I think people expected after her first confession and rejection by Sasuke in 181 (and failure by Naruto to bring him back), Sakura would begin the process of falling out of love with Sasuke and caring for him as a teammate and friend. Knowing that her love was not enough to stop him going down a dark path would be enough for her to drop her romantic attachment to Sasuke and grow stronger as a person physically and emotionally.

 

Expecting her to drop Sasuke completely is a mistake as moving from romantic feelings, to her Sasuke is also friend and a dear teammate and saving him from the darkness along with Naruto is what friends and teammates would do.

 

People expected Sakura to gradually start to fall in love with Naruto and out of love with Sasuke at around that point in the manga as it was hinted in part 1 that she was capable of doing such a thing but it would be impossible so long as Sasuke is still in the picture in some way. Having a shared goal of saving a friend from a path of destruction would also contribute to them getting closer to one another emotionally, then near to the end of the manga and the final battle Sakura would reveal that she loves Naruto and would wish for him to come back alive.

 

Most of what I've said to some extent did happen in the manga but Sasuke was still an elephant in the room and Kishimoto was hinting at Hinata finally making her move which throws a wrench in what we expected to happen.

 

What this chapter shows to some is that Sakura for all this time has still held onto the part 1 version of Sasuke that she loved and what she did again is a repeat of chapter 181. We can all interpret it however we want, but the fact remains that she poured her heart out and a translation suggests (and apparently the "raw" that came out) that she still feels attracted to him romantically after all this time since chapter 181. There needs to be a reason why Sakura still feels this way about Sasuke because Sasuke has not done anything since their first reunion in part 1 that would make someone fall in love with him. He even admits he doesn't know why she likes him that way and he is not interested in her.

 

Sakura falling out of love with Sasuke but still caring for him as a friend and a teammate would have done wonders to her character and show that she's not only grown as a ninja but as a person she has matured and no longer holds on to "selfish" love. However this chapter shows (to some people) that this hasn't been the case and her character has taken steps back as she's still at the mercy of her feelings for Sasuke, the same guy who has just placed her under a genjutsu depicting him piercing her through the heart as well as indifference and murder attempts at her life.

 

People are understandably upset that she still holds onto romantic feelings for Sasuke which has proven to be detrimental to her character when it was hinted that she could harbor romantic feelings towards the main character.

 

I am gonna admit that I kinda did overreact earlier and I am sorry if I upset anyone, but I am not going to change my stance. NaruSaku's road to canon just got alot harder and I can't see this ending in a way that is realistic. Kishimoto has made a complete mess of the romantic subplot by dragging out her feelings towards Sasuke right up to the end of the manga, and the manga is about to end and there hasn't been ANY resolution to the big 3. To some people, Kishimoto has made a mockery of Sakura in this chapter (as is seen across the fandom right now) and whether you think that is the case or not, the fact remains that most places are bashing her right now (not like they didn't already, but this chapter, imo gives them a good reason to).

 

Whatever happens at this point, I just want the manga to end now. I absolutely despise SasuSaku as a ship and pray this never ends with them getting together because it's quite frankly one of the most abusive disgusting relationships in this manga right now. Even if I wasn't a NaruSaku shipper, I'd still hate this ship with a passion.

 

I think some of us need to take a break from this as right now there has been a back and forth shipping war between NS and SS which has worn many of us out.

Can't be Izanami unless Sasuke is pretty stupid. The cost of that jutsu is to lose both Sharingan (Itachi cast it since he was a edo tensei) Lost all leverage just to show this girl she doesn't love him. NAH to awesome to be true

Being the least popular ship in the west does a lot to ones confidence as despite there (seemingly) being overwhelming evidence pointing towards NS being endgame, being outnumbered still at this late in the game and NH and SS's confidence in their ships sometimes makes people (and me sometimes) feel they are seeing something we're not and we bet on the wrong horse.
