I hope this final battle won't be as disappointing as the Kaguya fight. I had a high expectation for the Kaguya fight, and it turned out to be long and boring. So I hope this one will be as good as it's supposed to be as the final battle that it is. But knowing Kishimoto's habits on the Naruto/Sasuke's battle/relationship, there will be a tone of flashback. Please, at least put some unknown flashback and not only the Uchiha tragedy (from Madara to Itachi's massacre) V.2 ...

Well, you know what I believe. Kaguya fight is just Kishi ways in exterminating madara since earlier I think I read somewhere mentioning that he didn't know how to end his fight. Which is why I pitied Kaguya 'cuz in a way, she is just a fodder to kill-off character that couldn't be killed

Well, you know what I believe. Kaguya fight is just Kishi ways in exterminating madara since earlier I think I read somewhere mentioning that he didn't know how to end his fight. Which is why I pitied Kaguya 'cuz in a way, she is just a fodder to kill-off character that couldn't be killed

 

Another important thing to consider is that she was brought up by Hagoromo as a part of the origin of everything, so it was actually kind of natural that she'd actually be brought into the picture, I think. It follows the principle of story-telling of never mentioning/introducing something, unless you consider involving it in the plot.

True. But like what we all see, her fight is somewhat unnecessary and plain, like it could be better but turns out to be disappointing. Well, probably it will be brought back to the next generation thingy? If that's the case, Sasuke will be...alive (Hell no!)

Agreed. How long do you think this battle will last? Because people have been speculating that Kishi plans on ending the manga on chapter 700, but that seems too soon. I mean the VotE fight lasted like 16 chapters - granted, several of those were Sasuke's flashbacks and here we'll undoubtedly get some flashbacks as well, but probably not as much.. Perhaps this fight will end by the time the movie rolls around (which should be 11 chapters if I didn't miscount) so the outcome of the battle won't be spoiled. Or the entire manga could end (or part 2, so part 3, if there is one, could begin) by that time if Kishi wanted. He seems to be moving things along quickly, so he could make this fight be like seven/eight chapters and the last few, before the movie, would be wrapping up any loose ends.
