Oh for God's sake. Kaguya having the Byakugan was because Kishimoto wanted to cover his ass. In part 1 he mentioned the Byakugan was the strongest of the eyes techniques or the original one or something like that. Basically he said the Byakugan was better than the Sharingan. However we've seen that's not really the case.

Seriously when are people going to understand the Byakugan is nothing compared to the Sharingan and Rinnegan.

Don't take this comment as a comment against you. It's a comment against the people who think that the Hyuugas and their Byakugan is the strongest thing out there.

In terms of ability of insight, Kakashi said it was better.  Also, the link between Byakugan and Shraringan was always meant to be taken as a myth, and not as actual fact.

Well, it's like what you said, I think you said this: we're in NS vs. SS. We won against NH with a flying knee, cover for 1,2,3 and advance to the final. They told us that we will lose, but we freaking won. The fact NS has nothing but positive is telling. I think the big factor that people can't ignore that it's only a fun thing is in fact 662-663. It's not because of CPR, it's because the monologue that contains strong desires that reflect what a woman want for their man to achieve. Rin thought the same, but you know, time ended tragically. The point is why are we seeing NS moments. We not supposed to see them if Kishi is targeting different approach. Clearly, this is done on purpose. I don't know what exactly Kishi is building up here and it has been downfall for SS, but what's the message? I'll wait. It does seem like we're drawing close to the answer. After all, this is the closest she can get since Sasuke will split to aim for his goals.

I get that Sakura wants to see Naruto become hokage and accomplish his dream but so does Kakashi, Shikamaru, Gaara and Tsunade.

I still don't really see what people say when they say that his dreams have become her dreams.

Think back Kushina and Rin, especially Rin. Obito felt so happy that Rin wants to see him become Hokage because that's his dream. So kind enough to back him up to reach his dream. This is similar to Sakura to show that his dreams mean more than people think. Why not talk about Naruto's health or something else? When a person wants to see the other's dream to come true, that's love whether you know it or not. Keep in mind that Sakura thought it was stupid of him to think he can become one since he's an idiot to keep thinking high and mighty, which reflects to Kushina's first impression of Minato.

Now, the way how it demonstrated is more stronger than all others because they only see that Naruto is worthy of one. Sakura shows that he cannot die and she won't let him because what he wants to be is there in front of them. That's why the chapter is called "absolutely." She's saying that she will never let him die because of his dream is here. Not going to be, it's already here. If you noticed by now, dream in here is a huge factor to the story. If one heavily supports it, then it's almost guaranteed that they will get together. Plus she doesn't support Sasuke's dream whatsoever.

Lastly, I want to point out how 663 erased many assumptions from the past. People accused that in 632, she didn't take the Hokage title serious for Naruto. You know, the whole "Fall back of I'll become Hokage." Pretty much she doesn't take Naruto's dream very highly. That's negated by 663. The other assumption is since Sasuke announced his goal to become Hokage, Sakura will have a hard time to decide who to go for. Incredibly negated. Sakura could not be any more clearer that she's behind Naruto all the way.

Yes, you are right. Kakashi, Gaara, Shikamaru and Tsunade want Naruto to accomplish his dream. But they never reacted so strongly as Sakura did. Yes they did want to save him, but the difference between Sakura's desires and theirs is apparent when they are gripped by an anxiety of losing him. Yes, they are shocked but we can clearly see their reactions and Sakura's. Sakura's emotions or thoughts or her emotions of anxiety is what makes her desire stand out from others. Kakashi probably knows Naruto's gonna be the hokage, Shikamaru is willing to be his advisor, Tsunade sees Minato, Jiraiya, Dan and Nawaki in him and Gaara and Naruto are probably very very good friends. It is just limited to their wish or desire or instinct which shows they know/want him to be the hokage. But we've got whole panels of Sakura being desparate to save him, we get an insight into her thoughts, her anxiety and her reactions to a mere thought that Naruto's gonna die. I don't know how to put it in right sense, but its just that.....you can notice or 'just' feel the difference between Sakura's desire and others you mentioned. She just wasn't ready to let go off Naruto or abandon her efforts to save him while we got a projection of what was going on at that time in her mind. Gaara was there with them, even he wanted Naruto to be saved but the difference between his reactions and Sakura's was apparent. Kakashi came to know Naruto was on the verge of dying but still there was a lot of difference between his and Sakura's reactions. Sakura more of showed her agony portraying that she just could not see Naruto that way and that she just wanted him to not die and fulfill his dream. She just could not bear that he was about to die without being the hokage. She was ready to sacrifice anything for his sake. Her efforts, her mental emotions, her agony on seeing Naruto die, her anxiety everything in that few panels spoke a lot about her! I really don't know if I put the things in right sense, but you just kind of 'know' or 'feel' that her reactions in that panel stood out for her. This with the fact that she was ready to opt out of exams just so that Naruto could get a shot at them shows how much she cared about Naruto's dream. Her emotions and reactions in that panel showed how much she wished Naruto to become the hokage and it was apparent that it was all that mattered to her. She wants to see Naruto become the hokage and is ready to support him at whatever cost she has to pay. When desires reach such a level its not wrong to say 'His dream has now become hers too'! I really don't know how to put it rightly, its more of like you just feel it. If you got to sum up NS in this whole war its like Sakura saying 'Naruto go on full throttle at the front, I've got your back. Concentrate on the enemy, I have covered all the rest!'

The whole saying of "Naruto's dream had become her own" it diminishes the other characters who also support it, she's not special on this matter.

I'll stick with Pepsi, i dont see it as meaningfull now that Kishimoto put other characters into this like Shikamaru as an example.

Most likely. He has continuously trolled her in the war arc.

If the below chapters aren't considered as trolling of her character, I don't know what is:
-Hinata's biggest power-up attack being what Neji could do in the Chuunin exams. I remember thinking, "That's it!? You've gotta be kidding me!"
-After the hand hold, Naruto's father appears, she has a big panel of her face and while everyone might've expected there might be some kind of an interaction due to the panel of ONLY her noticing Minato, he calls Sakura his gf and Naruto agrees.
-When Naruto was trying to lecture Obito at how he should rely on his friends (which could have supported him after he lost his love interest), Naruto did a demonstration of how "friends" make you stronger with Hinata added as one of them. (Sakura wasn't added because it wouldn't have been a convincing message to Obito)
-The famous chapter 662. She didn't even fall down gracefully, and she prayed to the guy who died protecting her to protect Naruto AGAIN so he doesn't become like the dead guy he is in the first place.

And I expect more is coming.

I always saw it as "Wrong approach to her character." She's just a person who is not well confident in her own ability. Don't think "She's like a goddess!" because you're only asking for disappointment. I guess that's why I don't feel too indifferent with her like many others here. Though maybe you want Mint Berry Crunch moment, then by all mean. XD

Why is she the only one in rookie nine who doesn't have a new power-up!? Not to mention, that attack was done by someone who was near the same age as her, 3-4 years ago! And that was when she got a confidence boost and every reader thought "Hinata's new power-up is coming!!" Its like I'm forced to swallow her WEAK and pathetic she is every panel I see of her. It's not like I care cause she's a wallpaper but I do think it's done on purpose.

Look at Ino, she's not a battle type and she's got way more feats that was useful in battle that it doesn't even compare!

Well, I don't know which translation was correct at that time, but I remember that one (MG or MP) had Sakura saying: "Your dream is in front of OUR eyes". So if the "Our" was the correct translation, of course it's meaningful for the pairing, we already had Kushina supporting Minato, also Rin supported Obito.

Minato once said that he only became a Hokage because Kushina was there to support him. And we know that no other girl was shown supporting Naruto's dream like Sakura did. I mean, dude, back in part 1 she was about to drop the exams just for the sake of his dream. I'm pretty sure that Kishi didn't do that in vain.

The infinite Tsukuyomi would be based on what each character desires so in Naruto's perspective, his genjutsu would consist of him being Hokage, his parents being alive, etcetra. Hinata's genjutsu would probably have her with respect from her father/clan, more confidence, and etcetra. The RTN theme is coming soon, no doubt. Fortunately, I think the only thing that will negatively affect anyone in regards to love is Sakura because Sasuke was a player in the alternate universe. 

 

And you know how that turned out, right?

 

Sasuke was flirting with other girls in the village and she immediately wanted to go home after that. With Naruto, however, it was the fact that his parents didn't believe in him that drove him home. The NH fans or SS fans can't expect anything really because the only relationship really affected negatively was the SS one. NH didn't even have a chance because Naruto still wasn't interested in Hinata even when she was a bit more bold. 

 

On the other hand, Sakura was able to understand Naruto a lot more because of the alternate world. There were times where she felt lonely and she asked herself, "Is this what Naruto was feeling like?" This was definitely a plus for NS. 

 

What could they possibly hope for?
