I am actually feeling sorry for Hinata by now. If she really still thinks she will get with Naruto even after all that has happened, both her and her fans are going to be disappointed.

They've been setting themselves up for disappointment for a long time. Because the logic shows the relationship between sasuke and sakura will never be the same as it used to be back in part one; In fact it has been a facade since part one. Also the argument they make that naruto does not have feelings for sakura or that his feelings should change because hinata did all this for naruto. Well then why would sakura not have feelings for naruto or like naruto because all the good he has done for her. Also, when we come down to it, it's a story about naruto, not hinata so we already know which path is going to be taken to end this story. I'm pretty sure hinata and naruto will get their closure but their whole fandom will go nuts on that day. Ill have my popcorn ready for it. I'm about 95% sure this will happen unless kishi trolls us all and ruins 600 chapters of development, compared to Hinata's whopping 5 chapters plus the chapters where she just thinks about naruto.

Hinata's feelings for Naruto remind me of Sakura's feelings for Sasuke. Every time you think she might have gotten over them she confirms them again. Eventually you start getting frustrated and just want to know what the hell Kishi is doing 

Don't misunderstand though, I'm certain Sakura is in the process of changer her feelings but Hinata seems to be nowhere near that point yet, even though recent chapters hinted at it. I just don't even know anymore. Either Kishi really doesn't want Hinata to be able to stand on her own two feet or he's just sacrificed her character development to tease the NaruHina fans. In either case it's still frustrating.

When I was reading Hinata's panels, I saw it that she means a person that she got to support especially in this battle. It's possible that she still thinks romantically about Naruto, but in this chapter I didn't see it that way much. Plus, actually, I think Kishi is just pleasing the fans with Hinata panel times it seems cause she got focused more than the other rookies. This chapter proved it for good.

 

Anyways, Sakura can summon slugs XD and the last panel in the last page was something I always wanted to see... Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura on their summons XD

 

I think that next chapter is going to introduce us to Sakura's slug and Sasuke's snake as in names and perhaps a bit of stuff.

 

By the way, it seems that Sakura got something more up in her sleeves. From the translation in mangapanda, she said " If it's current me " which I took it as her possibly having more from her power to show us.

They don't talk about this Hinata's part because they know the deal is, while here, I don't know but it seems like you guys are reviving NH, which is ironic yet sad. I don't want to change people's opinion but it is a bit annoying if it's just about pairing. I can respect character's opinion, but that's all I can say.

Believe it or not, I'm actually concerned about Hinata's feelings damaging her character. Sounds familiar right?

Hinata is meant to always think of Naruto. That's how her character rolls. No other way for her. Her character is meant to be more focused on Naruto, plus, the fact that Kishi is just pleasing Hinata fans by showing her more.

 

Hinata will always appear having or thinking something regarding Naruto.

Yeah, well it's still SS vs. NS, even though really it's on halt or maybe never a big deal to begin with. Eh, I just enjoy the series while everyone are fixated on pairing.

So long we're talking about character, I'm ok. That said well it's like I said before. I could be wrong but it is for the best to go with what I said, because if he doesn't, no only she will lose in the most utter defeat, but ruins a lot. But sometimes I think Kishi could go his way to make her distasteful but who knows.

I think it is because this is a chapter thread, and Hinata appeared. If you wanna hate Hinata on NF, you go to the anti-Hinata fc. I see a lot of NS fans there who are also in the NS fc.

Yeah, but it wasn't as loud as 615. 615, we actually talk about her character and possible NH. This one is more like idea of accepting that it's their shine and ultimately hyped for next gen sannin. So why can't we? Are we really going to revive NH? I don't even see it a threat. I guess I'll save myself on podcast.

Yeah I agree, I think it's just for fans pleasure at this point in time and it has absolutely no reason to be panicked over or to revive this whole thing. It seems like overkill to me

There's nothing to go for and you're only going back on your words from 631. Honestly, that was RIP moment and if you want to make this NH related, I see it as remembering... moment. A bit dark on my end, but that's how I feel. The sad thing is I'm giving a defense chance for her and quite honestly, mine is not even far fetched. But oh well, talking about character is ok, just remember that we only have SS to deal with. Nothing more, nothing less.

I;m sorry, but you're jumping to conclusions about that. My comment was about the possible future. If Hinata still thinks Naruto will be with her, I see massive disappointment. Naruto just doesn't see Hinata in that way and I wish people would see that. It's like Sasuke and Sakura. How many times must this man say "no" in order for people to take a hint? At least Sakura is no longer centered around Sasuke and while she may have unresolved feelings, she doesn't act upon them.

That's more like it. Sakura is the only one to be aware of. While it's still obvious for the ending, I guess the only thing to worry about the same old crap from part 1, though it looks like we past that which is a good move, starting with Sasuke focused on Naruto with his power-up. Funny, because it may seem like the last panels from last chapter was him hating on Naruto because of this power, while Naruto was talking to Sakura. Anyway, the point is that this is their time to seal Juubi and yeah, not sure what's next.
