Well naruto and sakura aren't saying or caring about the stuff Sasuke did because well there are a few good reasons.
1. Minato told naruto and sakura himself about Sasuke coming to help.
2. Naruto can trust his dad, sakura put her faith in naruto when it came to Sasuke.
3. Naruto always had faith in Sasuke, even when Sasuke was in crazy physco path mode in the land of iron.
4 it's an enemy of my enemy type deal, Sasuke wants to become hokage to change things himself just like Madara and it's this divide which will bring naruto and Sasuke into one last fight and bring about a new shinobi era.
5. The most powerful uchiha ever Is right in front of them and ultimately unstoppable, not to mention the god demon beast the ten tails, it will end the world if it gets the chance, not really the place to fuss about this stuff.
I mean in the marvel series, several times galactus has tried to destroy the earth but in many of these times, it took the combined efforts of both heroes and villains to stop galactus from consuming the earth. No world means nothing to conquer so obviously the villains had to work with the heroes in hese situations. Heck in the justice league series from 2003 the final episode had batman, superman, and lex Luther all team up to fight darkseid one of the most powerful characters in the do universe. Same situation here in a nutshell.
1. To that I say, even if Naruto sensed Minato's chakra on the way, he should want to know how this is even possible or makes any sense. The same goes with Sasuke suddenly wanting to help.
2. Not exactly. She did try to kill him behind Naruto's back. And even there, a small internal thought of "Sasuke, what happened to you? You want to help now?" or something along those lines would have immensely helped. Hell, just one panel of Naruto thinking "...ok. I have no clue what happened here, but I'll ask later" or something like that would have dispelled a lot of the problem, here. Or just an expression change from puzzled to confident, just...something instead of nothing.
3. Yeah, you're right about that. Which is why I'm more puzzled about Sakura than about Naruto.
4. Like I said before, the last fight being about the position for hokage would be interesting, but the kind of villainous buildup that Sasuke's had for a long time is still now wasted.
5. But that didn't stop motivational speeches, Naruto talking to Neji, communication of any kind before in the war. A few more seconds in this chapter would not have been a big deal at all.
I can kinda understand why they wouldn't object. I mean...the more the better against the monster they're about to face, right? Nobody really has time to think about anyone past actions right now. And it's not to say everyone wasn't shown to be surprised by all of this either, so....how is it a ooc again?
Yes, the more the better. Yes, they were shown to be somewhat surprised, but not enough to make the execution good. And it's OOC because... *sigh* I don't want to re-type the whole analogy again. Hold on, let me go find my explanation from last chapter and I'll paste it here. One sec.
The kunai really doesn't matter. The fact that Minato's there at all in the first place should have taken him by complete surprise, whether he saw the kunai or not. It's like if you saw a dead relative just walk into your house. It shouldn't be possible. Minato was not supposed to be able to be salvaged, even in a world plagued with edo tensei. He was gone. For good.
If you (figuratively) saw a dead relative walk into your house, chances are they wouldn't look at them, instantly smile, and offer them a refreshment with no sense of surprise or shock. More like "how the hell are you here, what happened, how is this possible?".
Now, yes, there are probably people out there that would react more naturally to a dead relative walking into their house. Likely someone apathetic, someone separated, or someone with a lack of concern that just accepts things as they are, someone that doesn't question things, that lets whatever happen happen. Needless to say, Naruto is not that type of person.

EDIT: To everyone saying the lack of questioning makes sense, look. I get it. Yes, it makes sense that they wouldn't make a big fuss over it right now. But the little to no fuss made about it from Naruto and Sakura (Naruto for the revival of his dad last chapter, both of them for Orochimaru helping them now, Sakura for Sasuke) was executed badly. It's a matter of execution, and the bad execution makes it make less sense than it should. Hell, if Kishi took the time to write maybe one more page, a few more panels, it would have helped immensely.
