My Internet router is really dodgy. Usually you can call people even with the Internet modem on. It's not like dial-up. But for some reason, mine is, even though it shouldn't be.
Anyway. So my dad has a really bad habit of talking on the phone for hours and hours. Usually he uses his mobile since he has like $700 worth of credit, but tonight he used the home phone instead, don't know why. Whenever the home phone is used or someone calls it, the internet cuts off until the call is ended (or after a few minutes if no one answers the phone). So yeah, my dad was on the phone for four hours straight. I needed to get access to this eBook I have so I can do my math homework (which is b*tch-ass hard btw). But nope, for the whole four hours I couldn't access the Internet.
So after my dad *finally* finished his calls, I went up to him and asked him if he was done, and he said he was. I told him not to call anyone anymore because I needed Internet access to open the eBook. Then what the kitten, he starts yelling at me for no kittening reason and goes on about how important it was for him to catch up with a friend. This is what I got out of that: apparently him chatting with a friend, which he can do anytime, is more important than me completing my math homework so I don't fail my test this time around.

... He's so bloody inconsiderate. My mom told him everything that my math teacher had said to us at the parent/teacher interviews early on in the week. It's already bad enough that I'm getting below 20% in my tests, which he would know.
He won't even believe me with the eBook thing, he thinks I'm just going to be on Facebook all night (LOLWUT. I barely go on, I'm actually considering deactivating my account again), so I just gave up on the homework, and now I'm crying myself to sleep.
