 I know it's damn annoying (b/c it took way too long for Shinichi to confess his love for her :facepalm:), but I still don't see the reason for people to wish for them to separate. I can understand if people don't like them b/c of their dynamic or personalities, but not b/c it's the mangaka's choice to constantly tease this ship.

Are you kittening kidding me? Ran&Shinichi? I know this series has been going on for 23 yrs or god knows how long, but still...

right? These two have no reason to be #1 on the list.

Are they mad because Shinichi confessed, but Ran didn't get a chance to answer?

That's possible as well. I know that SAO is divided. And I guess Seed as well, but man, that pairing was another looks good but the development is weak as hell.

I get being a little frustrated that they aren't officially together, but wanting them to "break up" is ridiculous. Especially because when you stop and think about it, Shinishi and Ran's dynamic won't even change all that much when they officially become a couple, considering they're 99.99% confirmed and already act as if they're together.
