There's only one meeting in like 70 some chapters and that's it. Right now, we're dealing with Madara being the destroyer of worlds, so who knows when the development will return.

Well from the perspective a SasuKarin fan, the question is actualy off slightly as it proposes that Karin has stopped loving Sasuke. I would argue from her actions and words that she still ""Loves"" the Sasuke from before he went nuttier then squirrel poo.
Now to the rest of the question I would say No she does not love that Sasuke more the Sakura loves Naruto, however this does not diminish her feelings either. She was supportive fo him and his goals, but also clealry ready to stand up to him and let him know he was being a twit.
Where things go sour for Karin was shown in great detial by Kishimoto in the 5 kage arc. We see through her eyes Sasuke slipping deeper and deeper into darkness culminating in his leaving Suigetsu and Juugo to their fates, and eventual at the climax where he falls to darkness he betrays Karin.
This is where Karin can no longer ""See the Sasuke she is in love with"" and can only see darkness and coldness within him
So her feelings for that Sasuke were pretty strong andactually done rather well. Kishimoto played them rather nicely by having her be close to him when alone but being distant when with the others. Showing she respected his space. he threw in some comedy for karin with her stealing his shirt and beating suigetsu for his suggestive words.
And he showed Sasukes reactions when she was in danger, it sure as heck wasnt suigetsu that he nearly threw himself into the black flames for.
Both Sakuras feelings for Naruto and Karins feelings for the Sasuke before madness were based on the same root, some physical attraction, respect for the abilities and strength. But where Sakura developed the respect over time, Karins devloped from the moment he saved her and then we can only speculate as to what occured during the 2 and half year period.
Suigetsu implies something between him and sasuke during when they approach the place Karin is just as Sai implies that Sakura is gentle to Naruto.
In the end the relationships are a bit different for total comparison they have different roots and different basis for the respect each holds. Narutos deterimnation as opposed to Sasukes are different beasts.

hn- i've never been able to like karinsasuke for the same reason naruhina and sasusaku always bothered me- but is a pretty good analysis for their relationship. I still don't see it happening thou because she's already decided she's done with sasuke- she's like a foil to sakura just as you have described. And Sauce almost succeeded in killing both of them- but karin called it quits and sakura is still hurting over it- based on only that sasusaku has a better chance of happening then anything with karin- but if sasuke does live and gets 'better'- it'd be interesting to see how she reacts.
anyways- besides karin
what do you guys think about kishi's choice to have a naruhina-ish moment right before mandara was revealed?
kishi had this planned for a while and he went outta his way to feed the naruhina fans right before what he knew was going to get readers excited.
do you think this means that we will get a narusaku moment after mandara and kabuto retreat to plot with masky? cause i think we're all itching for one but he seems to be putting it off for some reason.

Iam glad that kishi did a naruhina moment before madara was revealed,Because if kishi replaced it with a narusaku moment then it would be kinda lame don't you think

There was a naruhina moment? lol. If you meant when they talked to each other... that's kinda comical to me at least. They only conversed?

Not to mention the fact that the moment was proved more "ending of NaruHina" than "NaruHina moment"... lets face it, Hinata got all she wanted from him, his approval of her being strong, and her getting power from his will... all Hinata has left as a secondary character is maybe becoming leader of her clan.

Pretty much how I take it. She's done and over with. Now if she never talks to Naruto again (in front of us at least), no one should complain. She got her closure. Actually, she got it months ago, but the fans got it now. There's not anything worthwile about her left now. So it wouldn't be surprising, really.
But becoming leader of her clan, no. NO. She's not that kind of person. To be honest, her sister was, and probably still is, much better than her at pretty much everything as far as we know. She can't lead her clan to save her life.

1. "This is worthless NONSENSE."
2. "This is an interesting, but perverse, point of view..."
3. "True, but quite unimportant."
4. "I ALWAYS SAID SO!"

That's exactly how I took it too. It was the end of NH. He settled thing with her in his own Naru way. Short, sweet, and simple.

Neji would be better as a leader than Hanabi, simply due to Kishi's "underdogpwnsall" gimmick that he has developed with Naruto...
Neji, a branch member, shunned by the main family of his clan and his father taken away from him by the same people... Rises above that hate and takes charge of the very people that spited him! That would be so badass! >
And as for Hinata...
Well...

SasuHina is just another way of saying... Well Sakura's reject and Naruto's reject can both sod off together ¬_¬
I actually think that pairing is insulting because it has no actual substance and implies the aforementioned statement...
Sasuke should either be alone or meet someone in a gaybar... Possibly a post-op transsexual Kiba or even a stray Naruto clone that's permanently stuck in the Oiroke no Jutsu.
And Hinata, well she can have a lesbian relationship with Karin :3
