No, I do not think it mentions a SasuSaku kiss scene. "原作では、主人公ナルト（声・竹内順子）と女忍者のヒナタ（声・水樹奈々）が結婚する。映画の中でも２人のキスシーンが出てくるが、" The first part is talking about how both the VA's are women (Naruto and Hinata's VAs).２人のキスシーン to me reads as the kiss between two people, not two people kissing other people. This seems more plausible in context.
