At least the artwork appears crisp and delicately handled. Terrible though the subject matter is, I have to compliment the artists who worked on this film. They did a superb job on that front.
There is that, I guess. Someone will still have a job after all of this.

Is it really bad? I was watching the rumble and all, I didn't really like anything that happened either, but I didn't expect the entire fandom to hate it.
The sooner you read TG, the sooner you will see how wrong you are lol don't let Naruto and the rumble deter you from a great work of art.

what didn't you like? I thought it was pretty good too.
Well it's not really don't like, it's a small nitpick. I kinda wish we had dialogue in this week's chapter of FT, but I still liked it for what we were given in the chapter.

That is one point, but this art-style totally not Naruto's, previous movies backed up not only in desing, but in color-scheme. But this looks like some copy-cat of Miyazaki's art-style.

so all the characters in the movie act like catalystes for NH's accomplishment in the movie? kitten this planet, I want to go to live in Mars or on some emplty planet of alpha centauri

this movie is just Naruto and Hinata spending some time together during a mission ... (reminds me of part-one fillers )
aarghhh Sai saying "you kept groaning her name "hinata hinata" (look how they had to mention which name he was saying) as well as some other embarrassing things" brb I'm gonna
oh and Naruto really doesn't look like his old self ...
edit: the hinata scene with the "gift" reminds me of the gollum scene when he was talking alone

That's what I thought XD I thought it was kinda cool that there was no dialogue, because we really got to see the relationship between the two, and it was like Hiro was allowing us imagine the dialogue in our own way. Although, I wish I knew what they were talking about when they got all serious.

Eh, I mean, come on, this could be fan-movie, but not a final for one of the biggest storyes of anime/manga industry.
Oh I definetely agree with you there. It doesn't even feel like Naruto anymore. The clothes, the aesthetic, the mood. Everything seems so off compared to the rest of the series. It's like a bad AU fanfic.
I very much doubt that this is a joke. I think it's 100% serious. However if it is a joke, then when do we get the punchline?

The whole rivalry argument is such a patchwork solution. It solves the immediate problem, but ends up creating ten more in the process.
Oh but forgive me. NS was obviously just there to mislead us. NH and SS have been planned from the very beginning. That's why we need a movie as well as books and extra chapter pages to explain how the kitten they even got together.
Then there's the fact that Naruto is now a womanizing scumbag, Sakura is a shallow fangirl and Sasuke...I don't even know where to start. He abandoned Team Taka, he gave up on his ambition, he somehow decided to marry a woman that he has never been shown to care about as anything more than a team mate or a sister. Oh yeah and he has also left the village...again...after Naruto spent how many years trying to bring him back.
I already saw some fans of SS that don't happy with this movie, and how it's picture SS, well, BIG NEWS - SS woudn't portrait as anything good from any angle!
main hero couldn't beat his rival), Sasuke still got away, practicaly zeroing all Naruto's promises/goals. Great!
