This would be such a stupid move. If the movie retcons stuff that happened during the manga, then why should people bother to read it in the first place?

Wait... that info confirmed NH kiss? Why? Wtf, you don't spoil kitten like that...that's something you let the audience watch during the movie, not announce it before it starts.

 

That's what I was thinking. Just saying it would totally ruin the mood of the scene when it happens. Something like that should have build and emotion, not pre-warned knowledge handed off before the movie starts. It's like George Lucas saying in an interview before the Empire Strikes Back original release "oh yeah, by the way, Darth Vader is Luke's father. Keep an eye out for that".
