Yes, chapter 700 plays after the movie. I strongly believe we will see the endcouple, but we can't be sure before it's done. As far as I see, we will most likely see a child, and because the chapter is coloured, wel might be able to see the mother through the child's appearence.

I think it must have been written/planned so that it doesn't give away the end of the series, but something tells me that some big moments, like the CPR scene, might be mentioned and have some sort of teasing about this relationship accompanying it.

How is that news? They're always denigrating NS and Sakura. You should look over some of their versus topics with Sakura in them. By their logic, most of Sakura's accomplishments have come as a result of plot-induced circumstances of the authors and she's weaker than the likes of Zabuza and Chunin Exams Lee. Very few people on that forum try to speak up and offer a reasonable argument that considers all of the feats that Sakura has shown.
