Different opinions on Gintama. I personally loved it from the start. One of the most different but good shounens ever! And yeah, right now it's the manga I wanna catch up too the most >.<

Well I spied on the HxH thread and saw that Chunin exam is taken from The Hunter Exam arc. Meaning that one of Kishi's best arcs just is copied.... Well I can wait to start HxH, I'm ready for more Killua moments

Mixer, you little spy (too bad that thread is dead; might have to join the HxH reddit forum soon, lol). Kishi copied/was inspired by a lot of things from HxH. The Hunter Exam is the most obvious similarity.

Well I learned spying from the best, Senpai Hopefully the thread will come more alive after the author announce that he'll be back? I actually didn't know there was that many members here who read/watched HxH. 
The name for example is similar, but I don't know how the Hunter exam is...

 

Also has Madhause animated the series to the current chapter??

Senpai? You're flattering me The fanbase was growing steadily following the years after the first episode, especially around the time the anime was airing the Yorknew City Arc. Before I knew it, the majority of my youtubers were reviewieng the episodes o_O And the last episode was aired just last September, so it's still relatively fresh in everyone's mind. It's just that right now there is nothing to talk about due to the lack of chapter releases.

Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun 8.5/10 

 

Just finished this anime today morning *yawn*. It's really good, I love how this series tells the watcher/reader how hard it can be to be a Mangaka. 10/10 for the comedy! It's freaking funny

The characters are too likable! love em all, while I just want to stab them xD

I'm very confused. I know it's waaaaay old news, and I don't want to bring back any ill feelings for anyone, but... I ventured to watch Naruto the Last movie.

 

And as a movie, on it's own, with no prior knowledge to the series. It's a good anime movie with good art and animation. The cuts between the past and the present when thickly layering on NaruHina are actually really well directed.

 

Shipping wars aside, it's also a really good Naruto movie. I actually liked the movie a lot.

 

Naruto: The Last Movie 8/10

But...

 

I know they used this movie to fill in a lot of holes between the Naruto and Hinata relationship, but I was never fully against it and I didn't think it was an impossible outcome. And yes, the explanation for why Naruto loved Sakura were complete and utter BS, and yes Sakura choosing to love Sasuke still is BS. But again, on the merits of a movie on it's own and looking at it without shipping bias, as another Naruto movie, this is a good one.

Mushishi Zoku Shou: Suzu no Shizuku -- 10/10; I've been waiting and waiting for this to come out and the wait was well worth it. I loved it, as I love everything about this series. Mushishi never disappoints.

Shingeki no Kyojin Movie 1: Guren no Yumiya 8.5/10

 

Finally got to watch this recap movie! I needed to watch SnK again, but I didn't wanna watch all the 25 episodes of the first season. Then I rather wanna watch 4 hours of the series recap. Well what can I say? I AM REALLY EXITED FOR SEASON 2

I like the anime. It's a great love story. Hoping for a season 2 >.<

Seriously! This is one of the best shounens out there!!!
Well it’s about a high school student, named Light, who finds this Death note. So if you write a name in that Death note, she/he will die in matter of seconds. Well it’ll be a big shock for Japan, when many of the criminals died. They gave the name “Kira” to the person killing the criminals, and this “Kira” wants to become the new God of this world. Well, everyone needs a Rival and this is where L comes in the picture.

 

Like a said, this must have been one of the best shounens I ever watched, that’s out there. I have loved nearly every character, though I had problems with liking Light as the MC…
Still the anime didn’t really tell us everything, about Light’s sister. T-T

 

I know Near is hated in the DN fandom, but I have taking my likes to him. He is a ok character, but I can’t help but agree with him begin made just as second L **

Hmm, a bit iffy on this movie. Definitely one of the weirdest movies, I've ever seen. In the same category as Serial Lain Experiment, but unlike that anime this one has no definite meaning (cause that's what many people told me.) The graphics and music were really awesome though. I'll rewatch the movie again one day.

Towards the end I had no idea what to make out of this. Did the bird skeleton belong to that dove that Noah released. What did the egg symbolize? Nothing was in there most likely, so does that mean the girl protected something in vain along the lines of believing in your religion is in vain? Why did she suddenly turn into an adult woman? What was the shape of that planet supposed to imply. So many questions, but no definite answer despite all the analysises I've read @_@
