Well, I liked Brave Shine from Fate UBW 2nd season, the opening from root A I didn't liked at first but learned to like, there is also Attack on Titan ops and eds that are from 2013, pretty recent

FINALLY, I found a spring anime 2015 whose first episode premiere I enjoyed from start to end! Studio Madhouse hits again, but this time with a shoujo anime called Ore Monogatari!! (My Love Story!!)

The Main Character Girl is Rinko Yamato:

The Main Character Guy is Makoto Sunakawa:

Just kidding guys, the true main character is this guy

Takeo Gouda, hottie guy's (Makoto Sunakawa) best friend

 

Synopsis: "Gouda Takeo is a freshman in high school. (Both estimates) Weight: 120kg, Height: 2 meters. He spends his days peacefully with his super-popular-with-girls, yet insensitive childhood friend, Sunakawa. One morning, on the train to school, Takeo saves a girl, Yamato, from being molested by a pervert. Could this be the beginning of spring for Takeo?" - http://myanimelist.n.../Ore_Monogatari!!

It has first been serialized in 2011, and has right now 8 volumes. I haven't read the manga yet, but I definitely will start reading it (maybe even today ).

There's only one episode so far, so there's nothing like catching up XD The animation is gorgeous as always when it comes to Madhouse. I'm already addicted to the ending song...

Has anyone read the manga yet?

For the record, I know that manga for a while and yes, it's pretty good. I haven't read it only because I learned the anime was coming. So I'm happy it got your attention.

YES!!!!!!! I can't believe it either XD But I've been told that they have done some shoujos in the past... The only one that I am aware of is Cardcaptor Sakura, my personal favorite Shoujo and Magical Girl Manga/ Anime

I'm not the biggest fan of Shoujo either, but this one is one of these exceptions I make from time to time. It's sooooo hilarious!
