So how many chapters do you think this Naruto/Sasuke fight is going to last? Part 1 went from chapters 218-234 (5 were flashback chapters though). I think it will have to finish before Dec 6. If the movie is suppose to be ahead of the manga, it was just spoil too much while this fight is going on, assuming that the movie is canon.

well lets see silver 5 were flashbacks and 11 were not so if there is no flashbacks the fight might end in late october early november but that still leads to question as to how the manga will conclude

Yes, but still I talk about Naruto promise to Sasuke what would happen between those two if they  fight, meaning will it  end everything.

By the looks of the situation it looks like Naruto has no choice but to kill Sasuke once and for all he might as well forget about the promise he made to Sakura

 i usually agree with u rocci but how is it a self defense?  sasuke was a wanted criminal attacking the kage meeting and then asking the samurai not to attack him /arrest him .or he will kill them  . thats  not a self defense to me  its an assault .. and imo sasuke is evil not an anti hero . killing the samurai and trying to kill anyone  in his way even if they were his friends. without showing any signs of regret till now . plus trying to control the shinobi world by force thats too much for an anti hero. 

 

 

 

 

I think what Sasuke isn't aware of is that Naruto doesn't only protect the actual shinobi system, Naruto is here also ready to TRANSCEND it.

Like Sasuke wants it to change, Naruto will make it change too. In Naruto's hands, some things will be preserved, and some things will change. It's obvious to me. But I think Sasuke isn't aware of it. In reality, he could agree with Naruto in the end. Maybe.
Right now, Sasuke wants to do things as only he wants. But what will happen is surely that he will finally agree with Naruto, because there is no other option to keep Team7 smiling in the end and to save everyone from IT.

If Naruto would kill Sasuke, Kishi would kitten on his manga IMO.

If Sasuke wouldn't agree with Naruto in the end, Kishi would also kitten on his manga. But I really don't see how he will make Sasuke agree with Naruto after all these years of constant opposition. Sasuke 'softened' a little bit because he doesn't want to destroy Konoha anymore, but really his point of view is still extreme, proportional to his suffering. He still wants revenge for his family and for himself.

a really good point. this is proلاably   how kishi will make   naruto change sasukes mind .but at the same time.   the same  reason that made u wonder  how sasuke will agree with naruto is the same reason that made me say naruto might be forced to kill sasuke . .there is nothing seems to work on sasuke . by force . tnj . his brother tnj. people like him regret what they did and died in front of him (obito. and kinda madara as well) . . lets see maybe narutos way for a peaceful world will change his mind (i doubt that)

Ideally it should be two volume, one is too short and three is too long.
In part one naru & sasu have limited move. There will be display of power from both side, and don't forget naruto get the other kurama and sasuke awaken his other rinnegan. And that's not counting flash back.

 

True. I'm pretty curious to seeing how things go down. Considering that last time you didn't have Kakashi and Sakura watching the battle between Naruto and Sasuke in Part 1 (obvious reasons of course). So I'm interested to seeing how they're gonna react as we see the fight between Naruto VS Sasuke.

I guess what I mean is that I hope Naruto can still pull some kind of redemption. I mean apparently Naruto and sasuke are able to read each others hearts when they fight, so I hope Sasuke can be saved/helped without dying in the process. It just feels out of character. :/
