Possibly she'll appear in a few panels to see how she's doing. Maybe there will be a small explanation of what happened to her... Maybe.

Great, that could be more excuse for the plan not happening because we just can't see them transporting in those state. I really think the plan will get countered or be mistake and just start a time bomb.

Well, the next chapter is almost here, so time to put my opinion. I don't think it will happen. To me, it seems game over feeling. I know people said that there will be a counter but really, it's meant to be end of the line, no come back, end of story jutsu. Otherwise, the movie would have easily got out, let alone Kuruma could have just done it. You can't really say, "Well he was still bad" because it's about them leaving and Kuruma needs Naruto alive, so why not just leave. It's because the jutsu is pretty much impossible to escape. Kishi made it limited so they can escape, which is why Obito had a globe. If it was real, it's game over.
The problem is also the setup. I would have bought it if everyone was there, but they're not. Gokage must be here and even Orochimaru. Why it should matter? It's because Kishi has established them to arrive on time but the real question is when. Sarutobi did a surprise by finally returning and help Naruto. Who is to say that they will do the same before "the end" comes? Remember, this jutsu is against the world, not the battlefield, the world. If anything, it will be best to keep the tragic record for Obito by never ever get to see Rin again. The best moral would be that he can see her...in the afterlife. It sounds messed up but I think that's a fitting scenario for Obito to go through, not like "Hey, I saw her! I saw her! I am doing it again!"
Something will ruin it or at the least become a time bomb for Naruto to stop it before it's truly game over. I can see a great struggle by killing Obito to save the world which results to kill Bijuus making Naruto pressured on handling. This would be a much interesting concept for Naruto than the event that could happen now. Because really, we should be ending this arc and the moon eye plan would only drag further. I like the idea, but this must end now, and maybe if it happened in this volume instead, I wouldn't mind it. But now, just end it all.
If it happens, then ok, but don't take too long. It's not like we got a real fight yet. When it comes down to it, it was defense play and hopefully that's not what the fight should only be. Nevertheless, I don't think the plan would happen, but I won't be surprised if it did. I just want what's best for the next volume. Because you never know, just be careful what you wish for.
No offense, but I really hope you're wrong, though I promise I won't hold it against you if you turn out to be right. 
Anyways, the way I understand it, since the genjutsu will be cast off the moon, it will cover the whole world, not just affect the people on the battlefield.

Anyway the last page of this chapter didn't make it feel like a in game quick time event where a character is in danger. This time Obito is in control as probably the only thing against him is time. That and Madara that wants to control the genjutsu.
So I think Madara will use his trump card whatever that will be and it's possible that that trump card will fill the entire chapter.
Now there's also Sasuke who out of all the mains there is still somewhat capable of putting up a fight but if the fights with Juubito he can't do anything worthwhile.

And then you have that feeling of tha literally everyone on the manga is on the battlefield but Jiraiya is nowhere to be seen.

The two other reasons I have about Infinite Tsukuyomi not happening, other than the main one that is because I don't think Kishi will change the plot this drastically, are the Kages arrival that we have yet to see and Madara's trump card. There's still much that we got yet to see.
Kages arrival and action are being waiting and it's going to be soon. It can't be skipped.
Same goes for Madara's trump card. Once Madara's trump card happen, it won't just be a few panels, it will drag with showing his plan and the action along with it for more than a chapter.
Plus, Kishi is focusing so much on the events now with the tree and Madara and the characters. I think if he wanted for the Infinite Tsukuyomi to happen, he'll be at least less focusing on all that now and focus more on the genjutsu world when it happens.
All this, just with the awaited events and what's happening now, won't let the Infinite Tsukuyomi to happen. That's my take. If it ever happens, well, I think I would want to see how it would happen after all this XD

And that's the problem. Not every key characters are there, so it will look like a comedy for others to come, only in the other world. It's like, "Oh great. Yeah. Finally someone who cares..." Who knows. This chapter could be a hit or miss to me, so I am worried in a way. None taken by the way.

Madara said he's the one who's going to perform it, so it's not understandable for him to stop Obito first to make him able to use it himself.
I think Hashirama can supress the Juubi which was shown before and he has a great knowledge about Bijuus.

Exactly. If anything it could be a way for Hashirama to be out of action. And who knows, this could be excuse for Madara to start fighting again with others.

I'm more concerned with how Naruto recovers. In my opinion, it will be wonderful and touching moment if the 7 other Bijuu's inside the Juubi, give him their charkra to recover. It could happen while he's trying to convince the Alliance not to give up. He'll say something like "as long as I'm alive, I'll keep fighting." That's when the Bijuus send their chakra to him.

Yeah, you may be right. I really try not to get my hopes up for things that are not guaranteed but the infinite Tsukuyomi is something I've been waiting for since the Juubi's revival, it's feels like a shame not to follow through with it.

Yeah, it would be nice. Like Naruto is unconscious after being down by an attack or something like that then he sees SO6P, and he says something to Naruto. This seems a good way to show the meeting I think.

You know how when naruto attacked all the biju, he got to see them inside this unknown realm?? What if when he attacks the juubi at some point it turns into the same thing but with so6p
That's a way, but I was thinking since it's a tailed beast, shouldn't it be seen in this same unknown realm ? Maybe the Juubi has its own place if this happens.

Since he saw all the tailed beasts and their jinchurikki I was thinking that isn't the so6p the jinchurikki of the ten tails? It would be plausible for them to meet that way.
He's not the jinchuruki of the Ten Tails... Unless it's true and I forgot.

Well, yeah it's possible if Kishi wants Naruto to meet SO6P in this realm world by Naruto attacking the Juubi. Could be useful for more information about SO6P.
