To be honest, I don't think so anymore. It needs to be straightforward as much as like Minato's question. At this point, it really does feel like the recent book is right. Again, if she was straightforward as chapter 437, why not here. If you read more manga/anime, this aspect is becoming more and more of equal as one. But if you insist romance ever since that chapter, then fine. I won't argue anymore.

Well, if Kishi truly see it that way, sure, he will reject her. Otherwise, don't be surprise if it never happens, because to me, Kishi usually leaves these stuff for fans to have fun with when it comes to side characters and I don't mean fans as in us, I mean adaption like anime studio, spin-offs, etc. When it comes down to it, the last time we heard direct romance aspect was 437. It really amounts to nothing and when I say the stuff I said about fans having fun, I mean you can joke with it and have fun to create a story around it. Noticed that SD never used NS actual moments from the manga, why, because it is essential to the story. Others, not so much, unless being used to reference. Anyway, that's my thoughts.

 

Oh, another example: take Kisame vs. Team Taka. Kishi made it and never do anything with it. Why? Because it's not important, let alone it leads nowhere. That's up to the studio to have fun with.

Nah, I guess that's the case when Kishi needs to clear things up: Hinata has been receiving a fair amount of screentime for some reason lately, plus Naruto has to turn her down nicely. He treats her as a friend/comrade and one can't be cruel with their comrades... I'd feel sorry for her if she never gets any kind of response.

I actually think the same thing (though mostly by Oro stealing Sasuke's body yet somehow Sasuke destroys Oro's consciousness). Yes, it'll be a major co-pout, but at this point, I don't really care enough to get bent out of shape about how overpowered one character might be. I'm just going along for the ride right now.

Not really. If anything, it's Team 10 that truly got the treatment that doesn't really need it. Hinata is the Shikamaru of the team, possibly thanks to fans. Anyway, when you recap, you got the conclusion to 437, 615 which associated to all side characters' development, and this one, which still associated to side characters, as well as conclusion to 615. I think many are exaggerated and honestly, that could be the fault of fans to skip out others. I don't want to point you but you got to remember to look all around. If a person has his/her shipping goggle, remove it. That way, you can see it in a brighter light. That way, perhaps even Kishi will be happier for this.

Oh that's understandable. That I won't blame you there. Well, Shino and Kiba didn't get anything to develop after part 1, so yeah, it really seems like Hinata got lucky from fans but who knows. Eh, don't matter.

Though her fans, when NaruSaku becomes canon, will be worse than disappointed. Especially, if we see babies. (Cue the adoption, surrogate moms, other bs theories).
