I think that about sums up my reaction to the chapter when i read it this morning. I'm just hoping she survives the fight. Would be heartbreaking if Kishi killed her off, even if something happens to bring her back (like a Sasuke Rinne Tensei after getting Senju cells from Naruto to unlock the Rinnegan or something).

Unfortunately if this manga ends in NaruSaku we can likely expect even more NaruHina and SasuSaku fanfics, and whilst I honestly don't mind people shipping what they want in fanfiction I'm sure more than a few of us would like to see something other than them when we visit that site. And don't even get me started on basic grammar.


I honestly think Sakura's going to pull out Creation Rebirth, considering she said she'd been storing chakra. Also, Naruto is fast enough to dodge attacks, Sasuke's Susanoo can act like a shield; Dodging, Blocking. If this were a videogame the only other way of maintaining hp in a fight would be constant heals, which is pecisely the kind of role that would fit her of course.

The only thing I don't like about this is that it's kinda old and nothing new. At best it would be a testament to her medical abilities that she could fight on anywhere near their level. If she really wants to be on par with them though she's going to have to pull out some third (or fourth?) sage mode or something... if Toads and Snakes have their own versions then why not round it off with the Slugs too? Unless that's exactly what Creation Rebirth is? Just the releasing of a seal that has been storing Nature chakra?

Ehh, either way, next chapter is going to be awesome.

So I checked tumblr I see lots of hate and claim that naruto was never in love with sakura or that nh is full proof. Yeah the pairing wars are out of hand and we got one confirmation with sakura to Kushina but these things are done for a reason, so is ns really just a ship tease or red harring? All I can say is why bother doing this when Kishi could have used this time all these years to develop nh rather than just use ns much more and end it with a less developed nh? It's not over but really, are we just going to get another troll moment again this late? Many still say sakura loves Sasuke, but they never tend to think that sakura can change, its just character development, it's like after all this time, many still just think sakura is always on Sasuke. Well she was paying attention to naruto this time huh? So when naruto and Sasuke fight, who will she support? Naruto, ns is at the point they understand each other a lot but many act as though they don't.

No denying ns-mk is a confirmed parallel but according to haters, either minato will change his mind once he sees hinata or it's just another red herring or comedy gag as ns should just be that.

Well funny thing is, there are more of these "gags" and jokes than nh moments. But hey, they are right no matter what cause ns does not matter and nothing sakura does counts or even matters. Don't you find the real joke in this that ns exists the most only as a reoccurring gag and using sakura in many more places and times when he could have used hinata to develop?

My point is, people still try to ignore sakura and make some plan that apples to hinata, so somehow between the fight next chapter and before or around the naruto vs Sasuke fight, apparently minato will speak and realize hinata like himself or he made a mistake with sakura right? Or wait Sasuke will just suddenly realize his love for sakura which never existed. Isn't it funny, Sasuke is right there, sakura stands up to naruto and shows him her determination and he realizes it, Sasuke was the inserted instantly one here and ns was not impacted at all! People say naruto is over sakura and try to justify the delayed response, it was humor but I'd still say naruto still loves sakura (and how many nh fans actually realize that if naruto gave up on sakura, this would defeat the sole reason for the philosophy of nh but they never mention this, their own argument against ns undermines nh, I mean how would hinata act if here idol gave up for good, how exactly should naruto feel stuff for hinata suddenly? They say we have no reasons or rational to see sakura shift from Sasuke to naruto, well she always struggled between them, the base is there, sakura can turn, it's very possible.

I'm just going to say it now, if naruto gave up on sakura, when did he exactly fall for hinata, why should Sasuke just suddenly love sakura? All the manga shows us is ns again, again, and again, nh has actually furthered develo pent on ns, I mean remember after pain? The hug? Well we know even a moment like sakura and Kushina being confirmed as a parallel relation does not count, so is minato just mistaken or now a sworn enemy of the nh fanbase? Guess if naruto is stubborn, minato is too.

Haters can hate all they want, but what can they do? As cortina once said to guilty spark, "I have the index, all you can do is float and sputter!" The analogy? Kishi and his team control the manga, sakura and Kushina is a confirmed parallel relation from this point forward no matter what, it's a consolation prize to use according to some haters, okay so we get rtn and the ns-mk parallel no questions asked to satisfy us. Haters have to deal with it.

Hey it's better to let them view their stuff as they want, me personally, I'm happy for this week too, ns is very likely. I am aware that other stuff can come up and shift things but its just so late in the story, stuff once written acts like a contract, why would you constantly just change it again and again? Everything is written for a reason. 615 is looking more like just friendship from this moment on. I can see ns on the road ahead, it's looking better than ever, god loving this pairing can be so enjoyable and if it comes true after near redline events like 469, 540, and 615, it may seem more rewarding. Hey some still claim ns is still dead all the way back at 469, I simply reply, look at this chapter and we have yet to see naruto actually loving hinata, you are free to view things how you want but I just don't think ns would be dead with something like 457 coming in and just somehow ending right there. I mean if ns was dead, wouldn't the reasons for Sasuke being rescued also die? Just too many loose ends between naruto and sakura exist and haters just expect it to vanish, sorry but this chapter made it clear, those loose ends are not going anywhere. Not to mention the only things for ns to get a clear path are what to do with hinata and Sakura's feelings towards Sasuke, so what actually remains for hinata, what more does she actually have beyond clan leadership and confidence? We know why sakura can move on from sasuke. Ns is cemented itself at least with the sakura-Kushina parallel no matter what it canon. Makes no difference from this point forward, i believe ns will come, but the possiblity of others still exists, but with this, it may be the start of ns and I eagerly await more. Naruto and sakura will have interaction to the end, their story is far from over too. Narusaku has come a long way and the two are not just gang to have these loose ends just vanish, they will have some resolution and that resolution can be full circle development for team 7 this includes sakura who hated naruto at first and loving him in the end, that's full circle development. I await more for ns and the potential has never been better.

But there was an hyphen between the two words girl friend and it was at the end of the sentence. Its very rare now days to see a word being split up at the end of the sentence with a hyphen, due to inefficient space in novels, magazines and tabloids. Computer technology ensures that. However its common in comics and manga dialogue bubbles due to the lack of space. You're right, there has been argument that NaruHina and SasuSaku fans were basing this off. They always have reasons to negate NS developments. The hyphen proves that girl friend was joint as one, not separated. I'm with yah

I'm also thrilled that its a possibility that Sakura has the Genesis Rebirth Yin Seal. But I'm anxious to see the final Sage Mode. Kabuto mentioned that were only three mountains that could perform the SM ritual. Its been proven that the master or teacher doesn't have to perform SM first for the student to be able to use it. If the Slug Village has the final SM, I hoping that Sakura will be able to pull it off... Slug SM

I hope she has a technique that Tsunade doesn't have or hasn't done. Something that sets her apart from Tsunade. Anddddddd also, on the next game!!! Sakura will likely have a new move, or transformation!? Bout kittening time too! I hated how in the third, she had the same moveset pretty much. I'm sooo freakin' excited for this!

i pretty much understand how they feel, but this is Naruto we're talking about, he never led Hinata on. hejust proved that he never change once he's set on his tracks,.. and Minato, his father, asked if Sakura was his girlfriend and Naruto was the one who answered., Naruto isn't stupid to think his father meant anything else and just blurt out 'Yeah' if he only intends to say that Sakura is just a friend who's a girl.. i mean, he's talking to his father., who he never get to see much... how could anyone deny a fact that's so laid out in the open, seriously

now, i have to go back to work and i know ill be grinning in front of my work PC, haha!

I don't understand why they are mad at him! He just confirmed again for the 1000th time that he's in love with Sakura.
Nothing, absolutely nothing, has ever stated that he doesn't feel that way about her anymore, even after the Sakura confession, he crearly says that he doesn't intend to give up yet, and until now, we have the proof.
The NaruHina fans can say what they want, but the manga is about Naruto and his journey to achieve his dreams.
The moment in 615 was just part of Hinata's development, she wanted to hold his hand and being useful for once? There you go, done.
But she also said that she would stop chasing after him once the war would be over, so it clearly implies that she knows she is not the one naruto loves.

Naruhina fans have always relyed their theories and proofs only on Hinata's one sided love for naruto, but that's not how it works.
What has come so far from Naruto's side regarding Hinata are just observations and compliments on how she became stronger and thanking her for reminding him that he's not alone in this fight.

They can't pretend that he should fall for her just because she deserves it. Nope that's not the way you do it.
Plus one more thing, they always said that the MK/NS parallel is insignificant and doesn't count, telling us that we are taking it too seriously and stuff.. Well guess what? Apparently it does count, and Kishimoto confirmed it.

I do believe that most of the NH fans are starting to realize that long asses essays on over analyzing the same 6-8 panels to make them believe the pairing is going to happen is just a waste of time.

The last chapter confirmed it.

As for the next ones, I'm expecting a SS interaction (like the one in the Dragon Quest manga) but I'm 300% that NS will end Canon.

Everyone seems to think Naruto getting mad at Sakura meant he no longer held romantic feelings for her, which makes no sense at all from any form of logical standpoint. That being said, I still think they deluded themselves because they hate one character

A lot of the NaruHina shippers are now seeing Kishimoto as a troll. A lot of us do too. Kishi has followed a pattern of giving pairings their shining moments one after another. Because of this many of the NaruHina fans now cannot tell what pairing will be endgame since Kishi just doesn't focus on any single pairing, he instead chooses to appeal to all of them.

Another problem is that in both 615 AND 631 we have these obvious pairing moments that are can be interpreted in multiple different ways and thus reader bias kicks in and simply causes more disagreement.

The only things we can rely on are those that aren't up for interpretation.

This chapter confirmed something very important for our pairing, Sakura is just like Kushina. That cannot be debated anymore. Minato himself said it. And from Kushina's dying words "Try to find someone like your mother."

Now the counter argument for that is that parents shouldn't play a role in their child's love life. But if Kishi thought that then he wouldn't have bothered with this panel:

Minato, being the only one who's heard what Kushina said, immediately asks if Sakura is Naruto's girlfriend. He is very clearly happy to see that Naruto found someone like Kushina. He sees the resemblance and with a smile on his face he says "take care of my son"

So yes, nothing REALLY progressed between Naruto and Sakura. But, Naruto's parents approve. And NaruSaku, be it the end pairing or not, is this generation's MinaKushi.

So Kishi, thank you for not making this up for interpretation. We already have enough variations in interpration this chapter, but at least we have one thing set in stone to support our pairing.
