im really hoping that narusaku still has a chance to become canon and that something happens to hinata. i like hinata as a character but she is getting in the way of narusaku and must be punished for that. Sakura better get a huge scene and character development to show she is still the heroine of this series.

Japan is the country that have the most NS shippers. By the way, they don't feel threatened from what I was told. They know it's going to be NS.

I don't see any reason why Hinata needs to be punished. If we just wait patiently, we'll probably get a narusaku moment in the future. I won't say that naruhina is canon until there's definitive proof (i.e. kiss, hug, blush from Naruto, etc.).

sorry but Kakashi was reacting to Obito's speech, not Hinata moment. Even after Hinata moment Kakashi wasn't showed, only sakura did.

He reacted to Obito's speech and then the slap. But that's it. And oh about Naruto saying thank you, it was to Neji as well. It wasn't just Hinata. I just wanted to add this to my post xD. But what he's saying is the truth: Neji and her were by his side during all of this, so it makes sense. But Neji's dead now, so she's the only one by his side. Hence the let's go Hinata. Again, nothing to overreact to, which some people are doing...

Or the lack of a reaction from his team-mates as well. When Asuma died, everyone there reacted immediately. Yet no reaction was shown here.

Presumably because Naruto thinks on some people who have sacrificed themselves in the past. Then he moves on to Neji, who, after all, just died like a minute ago and is all like can't ever thank you enough. So Neji gets singled out by Naruto to honor him especially.

If I'm honest I don't think that I need a big NS moment to top NH recent development, not that I will complain if it happens, but a moment of Sakura holding her chest or just a sad expression asking why she isn't happy for Naruto, then admit to herself that she only has her self to blame while believing that this most be the same way Naruto felt in the past when he saw her with Sasuke, this would be more than convincing to me that Sakura does harbor romantic feelings for Naruto.

Do I believe this will happen this way? Not really, but it will be a great way of making the readers know that Sakura really meant what she said in chapter 469 and will also show us that she didn't like Naruto just because Sasuke wasn't around in reality she regret not paying him more attention in the past.

That plus it will also show that even that Naruto likes Sakura he thinks about her happiness first, while Sakura is hurt she is also wiling to do the same for him. After all this could be the real push for Sakura to finally accepts how she feels about Naruto is she really have does kind of feelings for him.

It's really hard for me to believe that NH will happen before NS lose wires are resolve especially 469 confession, the bench scene, Sakura's unknown feelings for Naruto and Naruto's confession.

Naruto initiating the hand holding and the thanking her for always being at his side does throw me off a bit THB, that's something a guy in love with a girl will do or say, but then again Sakura's face wasn't necessary and Naruto could at lease remember Hinata I love you and genuinely smile. So while NH got a big boost, do I believe it's canon now? Not really, reading this chapter I didn't feel the same way I felt reading Sakura's confession to Sasuke and that is a pairing I really dislike, with Hinata it just seems out of nowhere, weird or even forced. If this Kishi way of ending pairing wars? I guest we need to wait and find out.

Last but not least reading this chapter reminds me of Kushina's word to Naruto by telling him not to fall for the first one comes his way.

I remember that I saw someone or a thread from someone saying that. They said to me before that Japanese fandom knows that the ending game is NS. That what I've been told.
