It would be so much better if it was at once, but then again maybe having them in periods does help.

College isn't easy but I'm sure you'll do fine as long as you give your best. IMO, I think that having exams in steady periods help a lot because you keep your studies up to date (like a daily mental exercise, plus the stress amount doesn't build up considerably).
But anyway, I'm not here to ramble about pros and cons but to encourage you to keep going and to provide support for my friends, so give your best Kim!

Hmm, I'm not sure if I'd prefer that over a 'finals week' like I was used to in college. I guess it gives you more time to study, but I think I prefer to just get it all out of the way at once.

Yeah I would prefer a finals week. Get all of it out of the way and then enjoy after its finished like what I'm doing now. 
But man, the stress during the exam weeks is huge.

Not yet but I still have summatives. You know individual long term assignments that are worth 30% of you final mark. But Exams are coming next month.
