No, I'm not misinformed at all. History exists, and plays a part, I never said contrary. What I said is that you shouldn't judge someone that lives today based on the actions of someone else ten years prior. How about instead of saying someone is they way they are because history dictated so, you say that someone is they way they are based off of their own personal experiences? This world is full of individuals, maybe it's time to start basing your arguments off that idea.

History doesn't just play a part. History sets everything. Their individuals changes the direction IN THE FUTURE. Which mean they are part of the history.

I do believe in humans as individuals, but that only makes their own lives different. It doesn't make history itself of general agreement different.

There are a lot of unprejudiced open-minded white males in this world (such as some of the guys from this forum) but I do still think they're in the minority. Prejudice isn't as bad as it was back then but it does still exist. I think the point Unburnt is trying to make is that you can't rule out the majority of what's happening just because of the more enlightened minority we have and that there is still work to be done. How did this debate start anyway? That most men are bad in bed with women? It's an offensive statement and there are some men in the world who are actually better at sex than women but there is mostly truth in Unburnt's words. Women are harder to please sexually than men because their sex organs are inside while guys' junk all hangs out.

Sorry, but no. History doesn't set everything, or nothing would ever change. I'm not who I am because people were oppressed 250 years ago, so I shouldn't be judged based on those happenings because I happen to share the same skin color. End of story.

I'm disinclined from supporting this person's "information" given their blatant prejudice towards NS, and against what this film is portraying.
