You can be in denial all you want, don't shoot the messenger. A lot misinterpret contexts and scenes to fit your pairing agendas, and I can assure Sakura was getting no closer to Naruto as a friend as Kakashi or Bee was. Sure she has shown concern and cried and defended his honor, but she was never growing love like feelings for him. And over all, Hinata showed more affection towards Naruto and saved his life as much as Sakura has only she put her life on the line for his more than Sakura has.
 
 
Sakura has a romanatic tie to both characters, but her romance and feelings with Sasuke move with the plot and progressed her own character, while NS has stayed the same comedic one sided tease since it was introduced and wasn't used for plot development or narrative.
 
Naruto was smart to move on, Hinata assured his fate of being alone and a failure was over and her life was his. She has pushed Naruto to maturity and conviction twice when he was in a funk, and has stayed by his side all this time, his own words.
 

Lol man did you even read the manga? Sakura obviously had some complicated feelings for Naruto, it wasn't only friendship as stated by the third databook, a lot of characters and also her actions, mainly in the early part of the shippuden series. However she also had feelings for sasuke since part 1 that never went away, ultimately kishis final decision was to ignore Sakuras developed feelings for Naruto and bring back sakura fangirl from pt1
I would even deal with ss if it was not written by completely butchering her character

Naruto-- hinata moments most of the time were hinata -->naruto related, naruto doesn't love her, the manga never gave any indication to it... And thats why you have the last movie

Naruto had a right to move on...but so did Sakura. I would've chosen the girl getting over her would-be murderer and getting with the main character who loves her over the hero leaving his love interest to the dogs to get with a weirdo he didn't love.
But Naruto never "moved on" anyway; NH only happened because Sakura chose Sasuke. Hinata was Naruto's REBOUND and that is just pathetic
He's probably all serious and unsmiling now because he was forced to settle for Hinata. XD

I think the the "first love" soundtrack may play when the movie deals with Naruto and Sakura's relationship. "Goodbye forever" may be when Naruto stops pursuing Sakura. And if you look at the bottom, you can see "Naruto and Hinata", which is the music that'll most likely play when they hook up. That's pretty much it guys. Such a bummer. Don't get your hopes up that kishi is trolling. I say we just take ladygt's version as canon and call it good.

If this is true, then damn. The last song "after story" can be a mini timeskip to show Bolt and Himawari.

Yeah... Hokage naruto is all serious and kitten... Definetely not how I pictured him


This epilogue was just a way to make a promotion of part 3

An ideal epilogue for example would be the day of Naruto being accepted as Hokage, having all his friends by his side.
The last panel of the manga could be a photo of team Seven all smiling together... Once again

This ending was just a setup to make the series a bigger cash cow than it already is

I have a question. Could Sasuke switch off his Rinnegan at will? Because in the epilogue, he doesn't it have it but I thought you cannot change the eyes once you have it.

This movie will be filled with NH moments and possibly SS. Sigh, definitely not a movie for us. 

 

Sigh, Naruto should have just ended in the pain arc. He would've ended up with Sakura for sure. 

 

What a messed up story tho. Both of his friends got together and ditched him.

I believe it can be turned off. Madara alternated between Rinnegan and EMS when he fought the Kages.

At least  Kakashi became Hokage. Now the ninja world is at peace thanks to him. The main hero of the story inherited Kakashi's situation.

 

Screw it, Kakashi is the true hero of this story, he's the only one worth looking up to.

Interviews, her entry one Sasuke in the databook has always pointed out Sasuke as a long lasting romance. And if you read the manga, Sakura acknowledged Hinata's feelings(in the Pain vs. Naruto arc) for Naruto which gave her the impression her so called developed feelings for him were more of a sister than a lover in the past chapters. Sakura made a observation in part 1 about Hinata knowing about her feelings for him way before she stated Hinata's feelings as straightworded as she didin Part 2.

 

Naruto may not have loved her but he was changing his impression on her during the War arc and was becoming more inspired and personally interested by her each moment, which may have builded up his love for her through the war arc.
