Saying it doesn't make sense shouldn't harm anyone and it doesn't matter if all the world believe it makes sense when it doesn't. A majority believe NH makes sense but it doesn't.

They attest to the film's monetary success without any inkling of some underlying shortfall as a result of the excess production/promotion fees because there's nothing of the sort that apparently exists or is too insignificant for it to pose as a hindrance to the movie's profit as one of the earlier films supposedly earned only deficit.

So you don't find it a little odd that they just boast about revenue? 

These sites only talk about films that flop(as in they don't even pass their costs in revenue). 

But hey I guess we're just going to have to believe in what we want.

Tell me what RtN had and let's see if it was similar to the Last. 

"Comparatively" is the operative word. I was referencing the production values of the Naruto films versus The Last and other films from other series/studios. Some of my previous comments that give reference to movies like Spirited Away's budget versus The Last's is an example of this comparison.

I'm sorry, could you please cite where this "twice the costs" standard to success for "The Last" was created? It's obvious that the revenue of the movie is in the green, but just by how much is the question. Regardless, the international release is likely to supplement that sales figure until it meets your standard.

This isn't just about The Last, it's been said multiple times by multiple members that for a movie to be considered successful it needs to earn at least twice as it's budget, it's not something that's just specific to The Last.

Yes, and I've already explained why there's not too much distinction with this twitter account from statements and actions being released the past two months from officials like the assistant.

How is there no distinction if one is from an official account and another is fan made.

Okay, insert your logic here:
1. This movie isn't based on manga facts even more, it contradicts tons of it.
2. This movie is canon because author told that.
3. People love it, because their favorit character that got nothing to do with main story of manga became relevant and even MAIN character in this movie.
4. People that wasn't intresting in this character or her love - doesn't have anythnig to watch in this movie, because all characters where sidelined for this minor character.
You could argue about "justify" or not, but "justifying" it means that it wasn't right to begin with. And again, why do you trying to coun't numbers, if it's already being considered as succes by NH/SS fandoms that is based on money aspect and other parts of fandom that doesn't like ending would consider it as ultimate failure in tersm of story/logic/plot? Just simple answer, please.

Because I want to see just how much of a downward spiral this film, and ultimately the series, can plunge through as a result of the decisions made by Kishi and Pierrot. Will the series continue to be successful? Is it still popular enough to be considered a phenomenon? Those questions are what inspire me to continue following and referencing the sales statistics.

I was prepared for that, and my answer - large part of NH self insert and actually a part of The Last movie - Naruto becoming a knight in shiny armor just to save Hinata aka damsel in distress, that's one of favorit base-stories of girls? Then, so you could answer it.

Oh my god, shut up. Just because shoujo is supposed to be "girls-oriented" it doesn't mean girls actually like that.  That's pure kitten. Girls doesn't want to be saved or whatever.
