And Sanji doesn't see them as weak, he is just over protective of women. He carried Nami while being beat up because he didn't want her body tapping the ground. That has nothing to do with her being weak. He just appreciates women A LOT, like, an unhealthy amount. He rather die than hurt a woman in any way.
Sanji isn't being sweet by babying them, he's not being sweet by treating them like glass, he's not being sweet when he pretends that Nami and Robin don't have any strength to do things on their own, he's being a douchebag. Nami and Robin are on that crew just like everyone else, they spent two years training like everyone else. It's time for him to knock that crap off. If you're going to respect someone, then respect them, don't half-respect them.
There's a difference between being overprotective of them and viewing them as weak. Luffy is incredibly protective of his crew, but constantly believes in their strength and let's them show that they're strong. He was furious with Mihawk when he first attacked Zoro, but let Zoro prove himself and didn't jump in. Like literally every time he runs off, like he did at enies lobby, part of it is because he knows that the others will have his back.
There is a world of difference between the way that Luffy treats everyone (all equally), and the way Sanji treats Nami and Robin. Luffy wouldn't ever treat Nami and Robin like Sanji does. They might as well be made of glass, as far as Sanji is concerned.
