Being honest, SK has more moments than NH. For me, there's no NH. It's "N"H.
SK has potential in their moments, but "N"H don't. It's always one sided and no reciprocation. SK is one sided, but Sasuke reciprocates in some moments which makes SK > "N"H.
I think 615 was a mutual moment actually.
I know I've joked about it before, downplaying 615 and all. Don't take it seriously. =)
The real reason I'm not worried about 615 is because if Naruto is going to fall for Hinata, he has to get over Sakura first. Unlike Sakura who has shown to have feelings for two people at once, Naruto has a one track mind and he only has eyes for one girl at a time. He walks one path, it is not foggy and he knows what he wants. That is how I've interpreted his character.
If Naruto's feelings for Sakura were not real we would've never gotten the "You like Sakura, don't you?" scene. Or Naruto wouldn't have responded like he did. If Naruto was supposed to get over Sakura, Kishi would not have given Naruto a goal - to confess to Sakura. His goal is not to be her boyfriend or to "get the girl", it is to confess, and of course make her happy. He would also have shown his romantic feelings for her in a negative way, a reason why he should stop loving her(do not say friendzone or that he has a better alternative now
). Like he does with Saku>Sasu.
It's not even the third parties that makes the NS moments themselves, it's Naruto and Sakura's reaction to them. I know people say we only have parallels and thirdparties, but it isn't the third parties comments we treasure. It's Naruto and Sakura's answer - "Yes dad, she's kind of my girlfriend!", "How can I confess when i can't even keep my promise?" Not to mention the faces Sakura gives after the Yamato's little notification.
But if Sakura didn't exist, or if I were to look at Volume cover 64 without ever knowledge about the series, I would think of the handholding as romantic. I think it's alright to take of my shipping googles once in a while.
