Ever since I've started TG, I did theory crafts- and I love it XD!
 
I speeded through Ch.24 and Ch.25 really quickly: Hinami wanted to go and save Naki, but b/c she had such a crucial position, she was forced to stay where she is. In the next chapter, Ayato comes and saves Naki- that alone was not part of his duties. Also, Suzuya wondering where Rabbit is shows how Ayato already failed as a bodyguard. Besides the fact that Naki is "a friend" to him and Hinami (the omakes give you an idea that Ayato and Hinami sort of look out for the other more immature ghouls, lol), I feel like he did it to save Hinami some trouble.


So to make it short: When Miza said that Ayato was "discarding Big Madam" on page 1 of Ch.30, she's referring to the previous chapters in which Ayato ignored Big Madam's safety to go save his friend Naki and to do what Hinami wanted to do. I don't think that means that Ayato completely disregarded the mission to act as Big Madam's bodyguard (he will though once he finds out that Big Madam is already a corpse).
Just my two cents on this whole situation that I still don't really get

This!! I feel like this shows that he does care for his teammates but it gives me this feeling that there's something between the bonds of Ayato and Hinami, it feels like she may have changed his way of thinking or something

It was mentioned in some chapter during the Aogiri Raid arc that the Kakuja suit that Shinohara and Kuroiwa were wearing is called "Arata Proto". A bit later, the ring Touka was holding showed the names of her parents: Arata and Hikari. So the reader can infer for themselves that the Kakuja suits belongs to Touka's father .

 

He was known as the "corpse collector". Dunno if he was strong b/c Madou didn't expect him to be so thin. Madou most likely caught him. It might have been their objective from the start to make use of Arata's Kakuja:

This omake was released in volume 13, so the one before the last one. This firework is prob taking place somewhere after Ch.100 b/c Yomo rescued Rize and held her captive if you remember.

Ohhh I remember now xD I still want more answer on why her? Where is she now? Why was she so important to the Doctor?

Then how they still milk those suits out of him? 
Did they preserved his Kakuja somehow?

  

I personally think he is still alive and held captive at the CCG. But there's a chance of course that he is dead and that they've ripped out his Kakuhou or so to continue producing Kakuja armor suits. I have no idea though how they'd be able to sustain a Kakuhou w/out its owner. I wish Arima's dialogue wouldn't have gotten interrupted in this moment...

 
 

*spoiler from Root A* Well, in Root A he knew b/c he fought against Shinohara who was in the Arata Prototype suit. Kind of figured it out during the fight.

Pretty sure Shinohara confirmed him KIA, him and Mado are the ones that killed Arata. They probably took his original Kakuja and were able to make copies via Quinque steel, which was explained the day Juuzo went with Shinohara to pick up Juuzo's quinque.

I gave up trying to find the chapter about Shinohara confirming that they've killed Arata, lol.

I did go through the chapter with Juzou picking up his (beloved) quinque Jason.

So, the thing is, they do not have the technology yet to recreate the Kagune. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the Kakuja is a "mutated" form of the Kagune, right?

Current technology allows the CCG to simply preserve the Kakuhou, and to "conserve energy" the manufacturers fixate the form and size of the quinque, which is why it can't move like a normal Kagune, once the electrical signal causes them to take a certain shape.

During the regeneration cycle, a Koukaku Kagune has the longest "fixative state", which is why Arata's Kakuhou (a Koukaku type) is still used until today. Well, maybe now in :re, perserving doesn't work anymore, and they need to look out for another one.

Anyways, nothing was said about copy/cloning the Kakuhou with the quinque steel. Either Arata is alive, and they keep harvesting Kakuhous (although I thought Rize is the one with the special regeneration abilities so I don't know how this works with Kakuhous), or maybe they killed Arata, but he had several Kakuhous, which is sometimes the case in a ghoul with a Kakuja.

I mean, I wouldn't be surprised of he is dead, lol (but not Hide b/c if he's dead...) We don't really know how quinques are manufactured, so yeah. Just gotta have to wait. Looking forward to Touka's and Ayato's reaction when they really find out what happened to their dad.
