Basically it'll be like my live reactions, only I do a discussion On the the series. You can leave comments in the video while I'm hosting it and people can join through Google hangouts. They just got to ask me ahead of time. Think of how we use to do the podcast sorta like that, but with video to it (although the video thing is an option).

Arata is dead.

I personally think he is still alive and held captive at the CCG. But there's a chance of course that he is dead and that they've ripped out his Kakuhou or so to continue producing Kakuja armor suits. I have no idea though how they'd be able to sustain a Kakuhou w/out its owner. I wish Arima's dialogue wouldn't have gotten interrupted in this moment...

*spoiler from Root A* Well, in Root A he knew b/c he fought against Shinohara who was in the Arata Prototype suit. Kind of figured it out during the fight.

I've reread the page several times, but I still have no clue... Maybe the situation is too dangerous w/out Hinami around who is the strategic commander.

I think Ayato is more friendly than we may think. Then again, it was hinted when we found out he did protect his sister in disguised way. He's just really stubborn and hates human. So think as Touka but not as understanding since she does like human but hates doves.

Did he hear Kaneki's scream and thought of Hinami? This isn't a shipping thing, it's more because I feel they have a close bond and he might understand what she's doing but I'm unsure

Good point. I just think he's a caring guy since he went to save Naki. That's like "Hm...I thought someone else would help him or something but it was him..." I feel like soon he's going to abandon Aogiri altogether. It seems like it's getting more of a headache, especially when Eto ordered him this mission.

I actually remember that moment. It could be that he's alive or that they find a way to spread, but I do think it's the former at times. Though I feel like he might be in a horrible state like Riza was. Something tells me we may getting our wish in a dark way.

That's an interesting point! He looks really worried in that one panel. There was no reason for him to abandon the mission as just a few chapters ago he was trying to get to Big Madam to protect her (but he had to save Naki first though). I wonder what he and Naki are planning to do now that makes Miza wanna back up those two. Who knows where they are heading now?

I'm also wondering why Miza is the one saying:" I've dragged you into some trouble Fueguechi (Well, I guess he's having a hard time, too)"?

Ever since I've started TG, I did theory crafts- and I love it XD!

 

I speeded through Ch.24 and Ch.25 really quickly: Hinami wanted to go and save Naki, but b/c she had such a crucial position, she was forced to stay where she is. In the next chapter, Ayato comes and saves Naki- that alone was not part of his duties. Also, Suzuya wondering where Rabbit is shows how Ayato already failed as a bodyguard. Besides the fact that Naki is "a friend" to him and Hinami (the omakes give you an idea that Ayato and Hinami sort of look out for the other more immature ghouls, lol), I feel like he did it to save Hinami some trouble.

So to make it short: When Miza said that Ayato was "discarding Big Madam" on page 1 of Ch.30, she's referring to the previous chapters in which Ayato ignored Big Madam's safety to go save his friend Naki and to do what Hinami wanted to do. I don't think that means that Ayato completely disregarded the mission to act as Big Madam's bodyguard (he will though once he finds out that Big Madam is already a corpse).

Just my two cents on this whole situation that I still don't really get

That was actually a really good idea of Ishida to incorporate that into the anime.

I guarantee you that many manga readers who don't check the wiki or other forums discussing TG missed the connection b/w the Arata proto suits and the names engraved on the wedding rings of Touka's parents.
