I don't think we'll get a proper trailer. That'll show the plot and will actually spoil the ending of the manga. Things will be like this until the release... I think we'll get little broadcasts and stuff (like the one on October 4th).

I just want to see Sakura animated or get a clearer image of her new design. I still see people online saying that she has an Uchiha necklace. I just want that to be resolved already.

I just want to make a few things clear for me. I'm not following up much with this thread cause I jump to the last page if the numbers of pages that I haven't read are many.

 

Is The Last an epilogue of the manga or not ? And is the movie canon as in written and/or directed by Kishi ?

Okay, so here's another question with which I hope to pick everyone's minds: What do you think will be the fate of Team 7 after the war arc is entirely resolved? Kishi is bringing everything in full circle, including team 7. We have references to their first lesson from Kakashi, as well as his initial impression of them. It seems as if they're going to be moving on from this team formation after this, as it's as though nothing really remains for them to learn in this setting. (I've kind of done a post about this on Tumblr, too.) 

 

Do you guys think that Team 7 will be dissolved, such that everyone will be going after their own endeavors and will be rejoining in different context, or will they still be together? 

That's an intriguing question. Once a ninja becomes a Chuunin he/she is given a team to lead. The old team , of which they were a part of before becoming a Chuunin , gets dissolved. This is the way the ninja system generally works. 

 

Team Seven's case is particularly interesting because even if the team is not dissolved, it wouldn't be going against the norm.

 

Naruto is still a Genin and Sasuke is still a Genin. Ironic considering the two are now probably the strongest ninjas in the World 

Only Sakura is qualified to lead her own team but she is a medic. Medics are rarely the ones leading. However every team needs a medic. So Sakura continuing as a member of Team 7 works.

 

In short, Team 7 need not be dissolved.

 

 

Would it work though?

 

It could but it depends on a number of things the most important being Sasuke's state of mind. Yes, Sasuke is arrogant and Yes, he is an insensitive jerk most of the times BUT it can't be denied that Sasuke of Part 1 would lay down his life to protect his comrades.

Unfortunately not many characters compliment Naruto's fighting abilities as well as Sasuke.  

Their combination and teamwork is effortless and supremely effective. 

 

If...IF Sasuke becomes his part 1 self after his inevitable redemption, Team 7 can flourish and it'll undoubtedly be the most feared and badass-awesome team in the history of the Ninja world. 

 

Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura would be The Saanin version 2.0, even stronger than the originals.

 

 

Those are the positives. However there are a lot of factors which are against it. The plot of the story being the main.

Then there's the possibility that Naruto Sasuke spending more time together could prove problematic for NS. Kidding.  Or is the truth?

 

The plot,

 

Its looking more and more likely that Kakashi will be the next Hokage. 

So who'll lead Team-7? Who'll be the fourth member? Maybe Sai? I would like that but its unlikely.

 

Kakashi being the Hokage would mean something happens to Tsunade. If that is the case, then Sakura is the most suited to become the head of the medics. She has to take care of the hospital.

So who'll be the medic of Team 7? Ino? Unlikely. Hinata? Only if Pierott takes over the manga. 

 

But the biggest problem- Naruto and Sasuke. They have become too powerful to be tagging along for ordinary missions.

Yes, they possess great understanding( only while fighting) but they would clash for every other thing.They cannot be in the same team anymore. It would never work. 

 

 

In my opinion, Overall there are more negatives than positives. The only scenario I can see Team 7 working together is when there is a major threat to the existence of Shinobis. Otherwise its best to dissolve Team 7.

if sasuke is really in konoha and being one of hokage's bodyguards, then why he did say that he has no other choice but protect him if he isn't around here? I would reflect upon this...

We should do this with all the terrorist in our world redeem them and love them in the end no punishment  I'm sure the families of the victims wouldn't mind this  bc its sends such a good message . (Its not like Naruto Kakashi  and others weren't victims of the system and didn't go hell but kitten it its Sasuke he needs love  ) 

What truly pisses me off. Is not that Sasuke is back in Konoha, I've had a bad feeling that this was going to happen a long time ago, so I'm in a way I'm prepared for that bs. Is not even that Kakashi is the Hokage.

What pisses me off the most is that this movie if it's really canon, spoils the Naruto vs Sasuke fight. I lost any interest in reading the manga to see the outcome of this fight, because we already know the outcome. There's no suspense, there's no "OMG What will happen?" it's just gone.

Yes that to I've pointed that our already the suspense is totally gone so why bother reading if this is canon ? But to me what pisses me the most is the moral and the message that it sends  its so f**cked up  its all the systems fault not like those guys have any choice like the others who has also suffered from that "system" its not like any men is responsible for his own actions , besides that it was the Uciha's fault for all the kitten  they are wrong in the head and love to much not to mention how stupid they are for following and believing in that tablet for "saving the world"  . I'm just tired of the DB standards when it comes to Sasuke and the villains  and the easy way out card .

 

I tell you why . Its bc he was hotter then anyone in here including Sasuke and we can't have that can we  .

He even got to see rin who welcomed him lovingly after all he has done and get to go happily ever after with her in the afterlife.We had the last hope of him getting some punishment in the afterlife but no the entire opposite was shown.

To be fair, most people who don't want Sasuke to be forgiven, didn't want Obito to be forgiven either. Including me. Obito's ending was bad, and I don't want another one like that. That doesn't mean it won't happen of course. Considering what happened with Obito, it isn't too unlikely.

And where did I said that I agree or I'm ok with Obito's "redemption" ? I'm not sure whether you agree with me or not in here ?

Obito at least died for what he did  that was his "punishment" DEATH Nagato also  while Sasuke will have no punishment at all he will live his life without atoning for his crimes , he doesn't even want redemption  for crying out loud he doesn't work for it  he will be given to him on a silver plate like everything in this manga and you think that this right ? 

 

The Uchihas did this to themselves with their f**cked up logic and insane minds they f**cked up everything for "power" why does Sasuke doesn't blame them like Itachi did ? Oh I forgot he doesn't have a brain to think in the first place "sign" .

 

You want me to pity Sasuke  when Naruto offered his hand to many times and he spit on it ? Or how about that Sasuke still was loved respected by everyone in the village and he spit on that to  do I prize him for that to ?  Love and friends was enough for the likes of Naruto ,Kakashi , Gaara , Tsunade , Hashi and they lived with their pain  they were also traumatized by "the system" but they chose love above all they didn't go hell on the world they tried to better it in different way.  But like I said its Sasuke so kitten it we should all brush this of bc he's a bishie right .
