Not everyone is shipped with each other. I'm one of them.

 

But anyway, yeah I have to agree the cover for vol. 71 completely outshines the kitten cover that vol. 72 has. The only thing that vol. 72's cover does well is show us how much of a loser Naruto became in the end.

Sakura looks so pretty here just look at her green eyes and fierce expression. How can anyone not consider her the heroine?
Anyway...imagine if Hinakittens was on the cover. She'd be below Naruto punching the air with her fierce pearl eyes. XD

If she was on the cover she'd actually be relevant to the manga and maybe I might give a damn about her. Even in the final volume, where she ascends to a main character all of a sudden, she isn't on the cover. You could just delete Hinata from the story and nothing would be different until the last two chapters and the movie.
