Seems like I missed a lot of arguments in the three hours my computer was down for repairs.  (Turns out I just had to reset the CMOS by popping the battery out.  Whew.)

 

I don't think it's contradictory to accept 699-700 and still question if the movie's actual plot and marketing are in alignment or not.  699-700 only have implied NaruHina and implied SasuSaku, and Chatte's theory or one of the dozen other theories we've come up with are perfectly valid ways that SP could market a Hinata-centric movie and yet still end up with something totally different for the final pairing results.

 

We'll find out tomorrow!  REGARDLESS OF THE OUTCOME I hope the movie is good.  I hope SP and Kishi pull of a literary masterpiece that makes them forgive us.

 

And as I mentioned before, I'll buy all 70 volumes of the manga on my Kindle if they rectify the asspull and give us NS after all.

I love your optimistic expectations you hold for the movie. Wish more people could share them. In the end, even if this movie is about some last-minute NaruHina romance, I hope they do at least give enough focus on all the characters and explore the theme of love on all the different levels Junko tells us about in the interview.- I'm not gonna let SP fool me around with this sh*tty marketing.
