Oh that's what it was, that doesn't sound as bad. It really sounds like One Piece in that sense.

Anyway Chapter 621 is not available on Mangastream, seems shorter than usual.

Continuing with the flashback from last week. Wonder if Jimbie getting a flashback means he'll be the next crew member,

I just realised the mermaid princess is 16 years old,

I'm enjoying the history of the Fishmen. They've interested me ever since they were first introduced. I like how detailed Oda-sensei is making their world and their history, because I love highly detailed worlds.

... Man, the Celestial Dragons are real monsters. That little kid couldn't have been more than six.

Apparently that he is now a she and she is 11 years old, so was 8 years old when rescued, and who knows how long she was a slave.

Couldn't agree more with you about the Celestrial Dragons, they are pure evil.

I am 99.9% sure that the Rio Poneglyphs, Robin is looking for contains information on what the CB's did to get into power. I doubt they won fair and square.

Eleven?! She's, like, two feet tall! Gah, it's impossible to tell ages with Oda-sensei's art style, he doesn't care one iota for logic in his art.

... But damn, somehow, it being a little girl makes things so much worse.

I hope you're right, harry. I can think of nothing more fitting than for the Celestial Dragons to be taken down by "The Demon Child". Talk about justice.

Wells the girl was a slave, so would have been fed bare minimum lacking real nutrients, so it wouldn't be all that surprising she was small for her age, i'm sure Oda-Sensie took than into consideration, a bit like in Harry Potter, he was small and skinny for his age because he wasn't fed three square meals.

I'm hoping that this flashback is to introduce Koala, and not a sign of Jimbie joining the crew, as cool as Jimbie is, I thinks he's too strong already he's a former Shichibukai also think the crew needs another female to join the crew, (the ratio of 4:1 is too high). I know it's highly unlikely the case but we can hope right?

Chapter 624 is out.

This is easily the single most depressing flashback that One Piece has ever had. Queen Otohime pushing so hard for something she knew nobody had the courage to go through with... *Sniff* I wish I could hug fictional characters at times like this.

Ofcourse it's him, The child of prophesy, First Naruto, now Luffy was hinted as the child who will save the world, during the Whitebeard flashback and now again for the fisher-me...people? He doesn't baby the princes like everyone else, he's going to teach her to be brave and not a crybaby. but I do agree I also thought it was Shanks in the background.

The question now is: Who shot the Queen? The Celestial Dragons are the obvious answer, but there are probably a number of Fishmen who would want her out of the way. And then there's the World Government, who are, let's face it, complete monsters.

The man of the prophecy is obviously Luffy. It's already been stated that he's going to be responsible for destroying Fishman Island, but that doesn't mean that's necessarily a bad thing.

I know it's a running gag but isn't that just plain rude of Luffy to sleep through Jinbe's tail? I know it was funny and all but to just sleep through it all didn't quite sit well with me. You do that in real life and you'll porbably start a fued with he storyteller.



Nooooo!!!! No One Piece Next week sad.gif and it looked like was just about to get exciting.

Hordy is probably the one who had the Queen assassinated, if he's willing to kill "anyone" that supports peace between fishmen and humans.

Oda-sensei continues his history of wrist cuttingly depressing flashbacks.

Well Luffy is just beeing Luffy, and I think the story was more directed towards Nami.

Chapter 628 is out.

Wait a minute. I can understand Brook and Usopp getting captured, but how did they get Zoro? ... He fell asleep, didn't he?

On the one hand, I don't really want Luffy and Jinbei to fight, because I don't like it when friends fight.

On the other hand, I totally want them to fight, because it'll be awesome. I'm conflicted.

Hordy is easily worse than Arlong ever was. At least Arlong seemed to care about his people. Hordy just wants everyone that isn't with him to die.

Hordy's a real piece of work makes you wonder if he had something to do with the Queen's death.

Really not liking Hordy too much, but from what i've seen of him I don't think he's strong enough to beat Luffy, Zoro gave him a good battle but in the end ran out of Air, which makes me wonder if there really is someone behind the scenes controlling the situation, Hordy himself doesn't seem all that smart.

Fight between Jimbie and Luffy should be interesting, where Jinbie was much stronger than Luffy two years ago, Luffy has shown he is atleast ten times stronger than before, where his entire crew struggled to beat one Kumabot, before he took one out in an instant, he's also mastered all three forms of Haki in that time...and who knows what else he did the last six months he was on his own. Would be interesting fight.

Didn't like the chapter to much. Looks like they're just introducing the opponents of the rest of the crew and giving that Hodi some kind of powerup/mutation.

Only thing I liked is how they said Zoro did quite a number on Hodi
