Who will dream first?

Well this is very unexpected. I was under the impression that SS was officially dead last chapter.

Now between the last chapter and possible future SS moments. My confidence in NS is decreasing. Or maybe I just didn't get enough sleep today.

Hopefully something NS related will happen real soon. Because Kishi is starting to pump out ASS moments so much that they're coming full circle and starting to give the impression of Pro SS moments, like he's trying a very not subtle way of telling us its not happening to distract us from something.

How could Sakura being with Sasuke in a fake world be a SS moment? I’m sure if something like that happen, the purpose would be for her to change after escaping this fake world. Otherwise what would be the purpose to show her with a loving Sasuke in the mugen tsukuyomi, if we’re already supposed to see that at the end of the story in the real world?

 

And the impression of ASS being PSS is only because you’re starting to overthink things that come, there were only ASS since Sasuke’s arrival on the battlefield you know, even in this chapter and especially in this chapter, Sakura just realized that Sasuke doesn’t care about her, how is that PSS? Tell me I would like to hear about that. And don’t tell me it is a confirmation of Sakura still loving Sasuke because even if it’s true that it shows that she cares about his attention towards her, this scene is still negative and makes her feelings for him decrease, how could it makes her love him even more ? The only thing this scene can do is make her feelings for him disappear little by little.

 

And the rush of all thoses ASS moments is meant to kill SS, soon, at least in my opinion.

 

And I agree with you, there was a NS moment that was at the same time a ANS moment, but it’s okay since it was at the benefice of a ASS moment, the fact that she didn’t pay attention to Naruto made her realize Sasuke doesn’t care about her. And I don’t know if you noticed it, but Naruto did what she wanted Sasuke to do, pay attention to her well-being. And maybe, she could realize later that Naruto is the one she wants as a man. He always played the role she wanted Sasuke to play and this since the bench scene.

I just hope we don't have to see all of k11, Sai's, and some of the SA dreams. I really don't want this to be dragged out, Kishi could show us glimpses, but we don't need half the chapters dedicated to each and every one of them. He should take this opprotunity for some serious character development for Sakura and maybe answer some questions regarding the boys, but Kishi rarely seems to do what he should half the time. So all I can do is hope.

What I meant is that I cannot stand how cocky they are even when things are not going their way plus am not saying that what am thinking is what going to happen but if it does we are going to get bombarded by the opposite fandom just like when 614 and 615 were release even when everything is just an Illusion.

 

In my mind it would not change the outcome since NS is very obvious by now, but my problem is the infinite Tsukuyomi world, I just cannot predict what will happen plus I still cannot forget what Kishi did at the beginning of the RTN movie with her character, I just hoping that nothing like this happen again.

But again maybe am just paranoid and instead we get the biggest Illusion NaruSaku tease with Sakura liking Naruto just like how AU Sakura did.

How does everyone think Infinite Tsukiyomi will happen?  We found out through Hagoromo that people are really cocooned near the stems the tree.  To complete the Infinte Tsukiyomi, Madara will have to let out the tree again.  However, for a tree to entangle every living person, it would have to be quite huge, which we've seen, but it's stems would have to transverse the entire surface of the planet.  Most likely, Naruto and others able to repel the vines have a time limit before the Genjutsu can complete itself and becomes irreversible, like before the tree could bloom with Obito.  I can't imagine a world wide scale jutsu like this to happen instantly.  That's my two cents.  What are everyone else's opinions?

I really hope you are right since the preview says what will Naruto do against the Genjutsu enveloping the whole world, so is does make sense to think that they will have a chance to avoid it from happening.

There is a possibility that madara only plans to trap T7 for now and later deal with the rest. Seeing as only Naruto and Sasuke pose a threat to him, the rest he can deal with, by just swatting his hand. But if he does release the tree, it might start grabbing up people or slowly start to spread it's effects on the rest of the alliance. But I am 80-90% sure Sakura and Kakshi will get put under the genjutsu and we will most likely see what happens to them. The rest we might see glimpses at most or not, but if they are somewhat relevant, Kishi will show them in his favorite way, flashbacks.

Hey  just thinking, when the world was under this Genjutsu the world needed the combination of Hagoromo and his brother (two external force) to free them from this Kagura so if everyone get trapped under this Genjutsu how will they escape in the first place. Is only logical to think that Sasuke and Naruto will not be controlled by this Genjutso or they will stop it from taking over. Men I believe I was really over thinking a moment ago.

I just want to see NS move and make more progress in the relationship. So far all we really have been getting is NS teases (CPR, Sakura tearing up etc.) and foreshadowing (Minato and Kushina's words)

We know SS is officially dead, Kishi knows this, Kakashi knows this, Sakura.....probably does I guess (Kakashi's words imply that she does but this recent chapter still kind of odd how she payed more attention to what the man she doesn't trust thinks and not the one who just removed a stake from her abdomen)

From what was shown this chapter , Madara had to go higher , "closer" to the moon for the eye to open and be reflected in the moon , and to keep that up my guess is that  he has to be stationary and facing the moon ??? 

If Naruto and Sasuke will not get trapped , they will fight him and he will be forced to move , which might brake the genjutsu . Although , Madara does know the shadow clone jutsu ...

Wow that was a great chapter, felt rather short though. I think that we have some potential for this dream world thing. Could be interesting with different people's dreams, however I don't really see Kishi showing everyone's innermost desires. There is of course the potential that we will see a T7, maybe Kakashi, I don't think anyone else will get dream time.

 

As for the Sakura upset about Sasuke not caring. I don't really take it the same way others are taking it. I think Kishi is trying to show Sakura as hopeful of things being the same way they were. When she seemed sad about Sasuke's indifference, I think its because she realizes what will happen after they kill Madara. Once they kill Madara, Sasuke will most likely turn to kill Naruto. I think Sakura is just hoping that maybe he will change before that.

I guess you have two option to stop Madara.

 

Option A : My original plan, summoning jutsu, Piccolo and let him do all the work for the good of mankind.

 

Option B (most realistic I suppose though if A happen I LMAO) : Those who escape the genjutsu either kill Madara or destroy his 3rd eye since it's the one casting Infinite tsukuyomi.

 

Most likely, Naruto and Sasuke will escape the genjutsu ( NAruto jinchuruki son it ain't gonna work and Sasuke Rinnegan and Sharingan combination)

 

I don't know who else and how to break free, maybe if you strong enough to reject the dream. Or Highly skill genjutsu skill or potential. Or Iron will, you know the kind that break powerful jutsu like IDK mind transfer:P. (OK anything to explain that Sakura can break free of it. )

 

Imagine, she doesn't have power-up like Naruto or Sasuke to be immune against it but find a way to break that jutsu. That feat alone make would make her strong in her own way.

I see Sakura's comment related more to their Teamwork then anything. She confirms once again that she can't trust him, like she did in the previews chapters.

I just want Naruto to wake up a little bit more on this matter too, really. He can't just accept Sasuke's spoiled attitude and let him get away with it.

Hell he was about to slice her... At least she realized that but Naruto is totally avoiding it....Not sure if he's doing it on purpose or not.

 

But anyway i'm happy about the boob grab.

Sakura is save, naruto only show concern when someone in danger.
Sasuke always in dangerous situation thus why he worried sasuke so much for entire part two.

Well, it's like what you said, I think you said this: we're in NS vs. SS. We won against NH with a flying knee, cover for 1,2,3 and advance to the final. They told us that we will lose, but we freaking won. The fact NS has nothing but positive is telling. I think the big factor that people can't ignore that it's only a fun thing is in fact 662-663. It's not because of CPR, it's because the monologue that contains strong desires that reflect what a woman want for their man to achieve. Rin thought the same, but you know, time ended tragically. The point is why are we seeing NS moments. We not supposed to see them if Kishi is targeting different approach. Clearly, this is done on purpose. I don't know what exactly Kishi is building up here and it has been downfall for SS, but what's the message? I'll wait. It does seem like we're drawing close to the answer. After all, this is the closest she can get since Sasuke will split to aim for his goals.
