As much as I want to see Sakura, and hope that the small panel of her at the end of last chapter indicates that she will play a bigger part in this coming chapter, given Kishi's track record with this volume so far, I more inclined to believe we're going to get plenty of double pages, focusing on Sasuke and/or Madara's trump card.  I hope Kishi proves me wrong tomorrow, but honestly, I'm not holding my breath.  I wouldn't be surprised if Madara and/or Sasuke try to stop it and fail, and the chapter ends with Mugen Tsukiyomi starting (i.e. the same cliffhanger we've had for the last two chapters).

 

I've pretty much already moved my hopes into the next volume (in which I hope it takes the turn some of have predicted - that now the stuff with Minato and Hokages is pretty much discussed, now it will get personal between Naruto and Obito, and the ObiRin and NaruSaku parallel come into play, and Obito is finally defeated/TnJ'd).

Apparent 647 spoiler or prediction.. the person who wrote it didn't specify.. not sure about this one but what do you guys think?

Sasuke looks at naruto
Naruto tries to stand on his own feet but he can’t
Sasuke touches narutos shoulder and gives him his chakra back
Naruto is surprised by that
Sasuke says something about sakura (I think he says you and sakura should rest or bring naruto to sakura so they can rest)

Sasuke says somethin about a plan and that they should try it at least

That looks so fake to me, especially the part where Sasuke mentions Sakura. She's barely been a blip on his radar. And Sasuke just touches Naruto's shoulder and gives him his chakra back? What? Overall this whole thing just doesn't make a lick of sense to me.

That's pretty much what I expect for the next chapter too, I think Kishi's setting up Sakura to play a part in the next volume. Thankfully I can be patient with these things for the most part, I just hope this war arc closes soon.

I really don't think the genjutsu will go through at all. I got a feeling a time bomb or just stopped will happen. I think the setup isn't perfect enough to have this 100%.

I think next chapter will feature more Madara or somewhat less than a lot more. The guy have to be more faster than Obito now. It's like marathon time.

 

By the way, I think Sakura won't have a bigger role before the end of this volume or the next volume. Sakura now needs to rest.

Well, the next chapter is almost here, so time to put my opinion. I don't think it will happen. To me, it seems game over feeling. I know people said that there will be a counter but really, it's meant to be end of the line, no come back, end of story jutsu. Otherwise, the movie would have easily got out, let alone Kuruma could have just done it. You can't really say, "Well he was still bad" because it's about them leaving and Kuruma needs Naruto alive, so why not just leave. It's because the jutsu is pretty much impossible to escape. Kishi made it limited so they can escape, which is why Obito had a globe. If it was real, it's game over.

 

The problem is also the setup. I would have bought it if everyone was there, but they're not. Gokage must be here and even Orochimaru. Why it should matter? It's because Kishi has established them to arrive on time but the real question is when. Sarutobi did a surprise by finally returning and help Naruto. Who is to say that they will do the same before "the end" comes? Remember, this jutsu is against the world, not the battlefield, the world. If anything, it will be best to keep the tragic record for Obito by never ever get to see Rin again. The best moral would be that he can see her...in the afterlife. It sounds messed up but I think that's a fitting scenario for Obito to go through, not like "Hey, I saw her! I saw her! I am doing it again!"

 

Something will ruin it or at the least become a time bomb for Naruto to stop it before it's truly game over. I can see a great struggle by killing Obito to save the world which results to kill Bijuus making Naruto pressured on handling. This would be a much interesting concept for Naruto than the event that could happen now. Because really, we should be ending this arc and the moon eye plan would only drag further. I like the idea, but this must end now, and maybe if it happened in this volume instead, I wouldn't mind it. But now, just end it all.

 

If it happens, then ok, but don't take too long. It's not like we got a real fight yet. When it comes down to it, it was defense play and hopefully that's not what the fight should only be. Nevertheless, I don't think the plan would happen, but I won't be surprised if it did. I just want what's best for the next volume. Because you never know, just be careful what you wish for.
