Hehe cute pink and white furball. The overall design is good. The base structure for the stuffed animal gives it a some what amateurish design, but then again with your skills that is to be expected.
A bit of critique. Your proportion isn't off too bad, but it could use some improvement. Make sure to use the same amount of fabric when creating symmetric designs such as arms, ears, legs, etc; It does have a standard plushie look, but to the trained eye some things may seem offset.
Your color choices however are nicely picked. Baby blue and white are always a great combination to give it a distinct design and appearance. It makes it stand out. The pink ears of course are very traditional and give it orthogonality. The gold tie is simply splendid and its a bonus since gold is my favorite color as well!
Overall you did a great job. Try hard enough and before you know it you'll have your own plushie set. I'll even help with marketing.
