Yes, but apparently just for this month. I found a person on tumblr (Lilyginnyblack) who bought the magazine this month and translated this:

"As I thought, and just as Mochizuki-sensei’s blog stated, there was NO chapter this month. There was, however, a notice. Here is the translation of the notice:

Pandora Hearts

Absence from Publication Notice

Due to Jun Mochizuki having poor physical health, Pandora Hearts did not appear in print in this issue. To all of the individuals who were looking forward to it, she is truly sorry and apologizes from the bottom of her heart.

Since it [Pandora Hearts] is scheduled to restart in the Febrary issue (on sale January 18th), the wait will only be for a short while. Thank you.

dead.. no chain to help him and i doubt glen would let him off easy after he angered him..  i hope time travel will bring him back to life lol. did you buy all that? ^

I'm hoping he's not dead, as foolish as that might be, but if that was to be his death scene of the series, then I'd say it was still a very good one. I'm gonna miss him if that's the case, though. D:

 

Nope, not all of them. I bought 9, and the other 10 I got for Christmas. It feels so good to own the series.   And to be reading the official translation, which is sooo much better than the online ones. More things are making sense now.

hm weird i just read the new chapter and it says next chapter on feb 18, there's no hiatus at all.

Finally read Retrace 90 now that it's been translated and posted.

 

Good chapter, needless to say at this point. Jack's return was an unpleasantly pleasant event. Honestly though, I'm glad to see he's still around; I had a feeling Oz had only temporarily disabled him earlier. His physical appearance was so twisted and cool. I'm wondering what kind of deal Oz wants to make with him...

 

Break's farewell to Reim is only building up to his death more and more. If he lives to the end of the series I'll be damn surprised.

 

I must say, though...are we not gonna talk about how these lovable bozos are walking to find the guy who’s gonna try to mess with the timeline and for all they know could succeed any second now while the world around them is simultaneously falling apart, and one of them stops to take the time to talk about a tea party?

And the rest follow suit?

Guys I understand some quick temporary happy mental closure could do you all some good to help your states of mind considering all these recent events, but still, you might want to hurry it up!

Yeah, the tea party talk definitely seemed a little, uh, inappropriate considering the situation. And yes, Owl is seriously cute.

I expected Jack would make his reappearance sooner or later, and he was very sinister here. I can't imagine what kind of deal Oz would want to make with Jack though, and I'm not sure it would end well for him(Oz).

I have a decidedly bad feeling for Break, I really hope he doesn't die too soon.

He probably would With that exact expression on his face.

 

(On a side note, if it would fit with the storyline's direction, I would love Oz and Alice to kiss again before the end, only as an actual show of affection as opposed to the means to an end it was at the beginning. It most likely won't happen, considering I can't think of a situation where it might be well executed and make sense or be purposeful at this point, but it would be great if the opportunity did come up. Story comes first, though.)

^ I have no idea how this story can have a happy ending like that..  maybe after time manipulation lacie may kiss oz the rabbit plushie... but no i want to see alice/alice too     but i don't want that creepy glen to bed lacie arghhh

There's so many directions the story can go at this point, especially with the time element thrown in.

 

Elaboration

By far the largest concern is: if they do stop Glen from changing the past, then they still need to find a way to keep the world from falling apart, because the chains holding everything together are still severed.
