Tsukiyomi - Naruto knows that he cant look into his eyes. Tsukiyomi could end Hashirama, but it doesnt mean that Itachi is stronger than him, right?

 

Amaterasu - speed.

 

Susanoo - same as above. Besides, Itachi can use this technique for like 5 minutes.

 

Yeah, Itachi could use Susanoo to stop Narutos clones, but at the same time he would exhaust himself. Exhausted Itachi would have no chance against BM Naruto, who could make even more clones for support.

 

Also, Im talking about alive Minato, not Edo Minato with KCM.

Itachi can put people on Genjutsu without the need of them to look on his eyes, Kabuto and even Naruto are victims of this, Naruto has the kyuubi cooperating with him which makes him immune to genjutsu, if he falls on one the kyuubi saves him from that like The eight tails did with Bee.

Kabuto was victim of Izanami because of his character, that won't work against someone who accepts who he is which means the majority of the narutoverse, the other genjutsu was with his finger and it won't work now against Naruto as you said.

And what do you mean Susano = Bijudama, do you mean Susano can tank a bijudama ? I'm not saying that's impossible but the only Susano which has done that was perfect Susano and it's nothing comparable to Itachi's or Sasuke's Susano, Susano third stage was cracked by Danzo's Fuuton albeit powered by his summon and Tsunade destroyed Susano second stage with one kick and I do believe a bijudama from the 9tails is far more powerful than these two., so until proven otherwise I don't buy the fact that Itachi's Susano or Sasuke's Susano can tank a bijudama (at least until Sasuke gets perfect Susano).

In my opinion, Haku never did anything that warrants him being placed in the same category as Neji who is Jonin tier. His Demonic Ice Mirrors technique was impressive but it's nothing that a shinobi with an adequate amount of strength and speed can't overcome. 0TK Naruto was able to destroy the mirrors and follow Haku's movements and he likely only had Chunin level capabilities at that time. Outside of his severely underused Hyoton abilities, Haku was average, possibly even below that since he was overwhelmed by an early P1 Sasuke who had yet to activate his Sharingan in that battle.

 

I think Haku should be moved to C-, maybe C which would put him on par with the Chunin tier members of the Sound 5.

 

Edit: If there is anything that Haku displayed when he was resurrected, beyond the ice dome, which would suggest that he's stronger than the above impression then feel free to point it out.

Actually, the victims do need to look in his eyes or towards his finger [cause he has the fingery genjutsu thing]

I wouldn't place Danzo at the same level as Kakashi and Onoki not even in a thousand years.

 

Danzo IMO is weak. He has a very limited artificially achieved immortality that can't last for more than 10 minutes (assuming he has all ten sharingans in his arm, 60 seconds for each) and it can only be used once. Other than that, Konohamaru would be a tough opponent for him. 

 

Ok, maybe I exaggerated a little the last part. But just a little.
