Apparently it is set during the years between chapter 517 and 518 so it takes place during the ten year time skip in the manga. Oh here's the interesting part! Goku will battle the god of destruction!

i'm glad it doesnt have that as i never really like gohan ging mystic. i felt it cheapened his saiyan abilities and he in it he never seemed as powerful as when he used super saiyan two to kill cell.

Didn't Goku and Vegeta do Super Saiyan 4 and did Fusion? I thought that was godly level but there's actually a Super Saiyan God that exists, according to the comments in that link.

Not gonna lie, SSJ4 was pretty odd and weak when it came to lifting strength (he had trouble trying to lift a building).
I'm interested in this whole "Super Saiyan God" thing though

Awesome find! It looks like Goku turns into a Were-Ape. 
Krillin has awesome hair! And Piccolo singing!
Doesn't look like SSGod mode is anything more than a powered up super saiyan mode, as I believe the battle above Earth is the final battle. I dislike it when they show the climax in trailers.

Nice.
It definitely got me interested, though I always have. This is so much redeeming than the one from OVA. That was just ok, but feels unnecessary in more ways than one. This one is like the final epic battle in the making and I hope it will be a grand finale.

The animation does indeed look like the intros they would make for the games. My husband and I would often say that it would be nice for them to stop teasing us and to just come out with something new, looks like were getting our wish, Dragon balls not needed :3

I hope it has a special look, rather than say "It's Super Saiyan 1 with blue aura". That would be...weak.
