Maybe If that did happen. Sasuke was in jailed. Sakura would talk to him about the Conversation they had at the Bench just became a Team 7 about Naruto.
Sasuke would said, "We'd never have that kinda of talk at all."

That sounds very plausible, but I thought Sakura figured out that Naruto was the one that transformed into Sasuke that day as she seemed to say Naruto's name menacingly after he had to run off again... I could be wrong though...

id have to say orichimaru would have came or kabuto would have and killed the anbu watching sasuke and taken him meaning if he won he would have lost
