i've also seen the last portion of the new episode that covers chapter 699. the art style looks so weird and rubbish and music choice was indeed terrible. the art style hasn't been consistent in the anime. looks like they didn't care about this episode. sp actually did a great job with the final battle and portrayed it better than the manga. but this one is a piece of sht, very fitting for SS

The SS scene looks normal ?? we'll see how they draw Hinata and NH moment soon enough .... even when she trip over a rock and fall it looks glorious.
An out of control man needs a strong woman to control him.
And even a violent woman will become soft and tender to the man she love.

If I recall correctly, he was genin to the end. I remember Kishi said something about it in an interview.

me too but i think he said a editor wanted him to go with naruto being a genin so maybe his actual intention could have been something like in the anime

Naruto is forever Genin. He has opportunity to become a Hokage but he miss the ceremony because of one of his spawn.

Did anyone really think just because this was SS big moment they would put effort into it? Sure they will do that for SNS to keep the yaoi girls around. But SS? They hate that pairing more then we do.The only people that hate SS more then the anti ending people are Kishimoto and SP.
Also Yuka did the last battle and she probably the only real talent still working on Naruto at this point.

Of course. They need to up play Naruto as some super bad ass. The thing is with Naruto remaining a genin is it was a side effect of the boast he did during the chunin exam. Which he said he would become hokage even if he remained a genin the rest of his career. So clearly kishimoto kept it to show how impressive it would be that Naruto became hokage while remaining a genin. Here they want to give him the promotion because it gives him status.

Eh, I'm not offering. And it's not that I demand it either. Just curious. I know Catsi is doing his best despite the strain. so it comes when it comes, it's all good. And to answer your question on wheteher I read the comments, I did but I have poor short term memory at times, so there you go
