I just think it is funny all the parallels that are appearing. Minato completely accepted Kushina, faults and all and Naruto did the same with Sakura and it seems that those seen as faults were actually things the other complemented on. Kushina=red hair, Sakura=forehead. I guess now we will just play a big waiting game and see how things play out from here.

I am actually interested in the type of chakra kushina had, and I am wondering if she were a previous jinchuuriki based on the pic that is shown.

Yeah I really like Kushina , is it just me or does she resemble the chakra Bijuu cloak on her in one of the pics. I'm glad to see how her and Minato met and what she looked like as a child.

Yeah, that was the same point I was trying to discuss earlier, people are trying to use Kushina as a crutch to declare NS being likely cannon because of a few shared characteristics.

Seriously how many hints and clues Kishi has show us in the entire manga? Kishi just likes using paralels to help show the development, whether is from the form of rivals or pairings. Using the Minato/Kushina to Naruto/Sakura paralel is one of those examples if he likes the pairing he's developing then he will start putting similiarities with different people, in this case Naruto's parents.

Even if it is just as bad, I think the NS deserve at least this one. At least this one has some premise behind,

Still though the similarities are quite interesting that Kishimoto purposely made Kushina very much similar to Sakura.

But d**n...MinaKushi looks awkwardly the same as NaruSaku...coincidence maybe?

Exactly too much development, too many hints shown by Kishi, too much chemistry between them and now Kishi shows us a paralel for N/S between Minato and Kushina. It won't surprise me if he makes Naruto kiss Sakura's forehead next.

Lol, we're still comparing Naruto & Sakura to Minato & Kushina? I know there A LOT alike but maybe we should talk about, oh this is the first time Naruto and Kushina are meeting each other?

I don't think we (at least I) can get a clear idea until the actual chapter. From the spoilers it appears that it will be another great chapter with plenty mother-son love(even with the punch). And it seems that Kushina's presence soothed Naruto's anger as well. I can't wait to see what Kishi has in store for us for chapter 500 though...

I just love the hug Naruto gives Kushina and I can't blame the poor guy. He has never met his mother or he never knew who she was so it's no wonder he will cry and hug her after finally meeting her face to face. But I am excited that they have finally met.
