If the Uchiha knew then someone inside Konoha had to tell the Uchiha, considering that it was kept a complete secret, someone betrayed that trust, i don't think it was Sasuke's mother and father, since even then were kept from the secrecy.

That's a cultural misunderstanding in the translation- in Japan pregnancies are counted by lunar months rather than solar months. There are 10 lunar months in any normal pregnancy- 280 days. It's actually easier to use the lunar calendar- which is most likely why they still use it in Japan. It's 9.199 months by the solar calender.

So how many months are in a lunar calender? Is it like 12 months, more then 12 months or less then 12 months? Doesn't it take about 28 days for the Moon to complete it's orbit around the Earth? I don't really understand how lunar calenders work so I hope you can enlighten me a bit with some knowledge about this stuff.

Sasuke's mother did if you go back to the chapter about that night there kushina is talking to her and ask if it hurts to give birth.

I was just telling him someone knew about Naruto being born that night It wasnt supposed to prove anything, and she was an Uchiha so she could have told the clan...

What if Danzo was the one who collaborated with Madara? Just because Mikoto knew Kushina was about to give birth doesn't mean she knew where it would take place. I think only someone from the council might have known, though I'm not entirely sure on it. I know that only Sarutobi and his wife knew, along with Minato and obviously Kushina but this one Anbu member. I guess I don't remember very much about this Taji character.
