I don't know If we will get a narusaku volume cover, thought. I think If Kishimoto confirms narusaku, he will probably do it in the end, maybe even in the last volume. And then it will be too late for that kind of pairing cover. But I guess we can at least hope for a chapter cover or double color page, like that page in chapter 503 with Uzumaki family. It would be awesome to see Naruto and Sakura portrayed with their children

It's because Sakura's hair color is reddish in that picture rather than a pale pink. Depending on how she did it, it's possible Innera could fix that without too much difficulty.

Anyway. I love this cover, and I already flailed about it on my dA, hurr.
So yeah, much love to Kishimoto for doing it. AND FINALLY KUSHINA'S REAL COLOR SCHEME. She really is a tomato lolol
As for a narusaku cover, I wouldn't get my hopes up. Maybe, MAYBE, a Naruto and Sakura teaming up to fight Madara/Sasuke/Kabutomaru but even that is pushing it. It's been a long time since we got a Sakura on a volume cover and just as long since Sakura has shown anything close to her bamf potential.
Killing that centipede summon during the Pein invasion was a far cry.
However Kishi DID promise to make Sakura more 'heroine-like'. We'll see.

Confirms what I figured- Kushina story just was too realistic for him not to have spoken to his wife for insights on a mother's perspective. I bet Minato's reactions during Kushina's childbirth and immediately after Naruto was born is also very close to Kishimoto's when his daughter was born.
