You know I'm surprised that they haven't changed the small summary from Road to Ninja at narutopedia. Those who don't know way before the movie's release they keep on editing the summary saying that instead of Naruto and Sakura getting caught by Tobi's genjutsu they edited with" Naruto and his friends" saying like Sakura wasn't the only one that go drag to the alternate world with Naruto. Now the summary is still looking like it should be the right way, looks like as NH the site might be they don't seem to edit the movie now that they have read official spoilers.

Menma actually has 2 blue eyes but when he is being controlled by Tobi, his right eye turns into the sharingan while his left is still blue. So yes, he has one red and one blue eye while he does the final battle with Naruto. A lot of artists just like giving him red eyes to emphasize the evil portion of him and also for contract to the bands around his arms. Gives a more sinister look.

It's not blue it's black, when he dont have the sharingan activated his eyes are black not blue.
when he's defeated he becomes blonde and his eyes goes blue.
unless you are colorblind.

even in this picture u can see that his left eye is black.

It's probably best to think that he's there for Kishi to show evil Naruto and such. I don't mind. It's a good what if. I do hope he is in the new game. That will be cool. Also, a boss battle with him.

Hmmm...I think for the sake of the fanfic I'm going to write him with blue eyes. Or maybe bluey-black. Like Sakura sees that they are deeper than his normal shade, but not so dark as to make her be completely suspicious. Just enough for her to think it's because of weird lighting

It's just hard to visualize him with all black hair and black eyes. Then he's really sounds like Sasuke!

But thanks guys. And yeah, it really is confusing. The bottom image definitely looks like concept art. It doesn't even look like Naruto at all! But the top looks like Kishimoto drew.

Also, glad to see Menma's arm wraps go over his knuckles and palms. That was going to be another question!

Didn't we saw the appearance of dark Naruto in the Manga and Anime?

Didn't Kishi tell us that each time he is drawing Naruto he is always thinking about Sasuke?

Doesn't Menma have a great resemble with Sasuke even if we try to ignore that he still look like Sasuke and Naruto combined.

In Kishi la art we have Naruto and Menma posted by NaruSaku4Life3g if we remove the whisker mark and the blue eye since dovahkiin said that in the movie they are black and the clip we seen that the wiskers are not that deep. Now lets be honest with ourself, in all the clip we saw who Menma is similar to Naruto or Sasuke?

Also Naruto VA said that Kishi intention was to make a movie about Sasuke. Then that explains why he have him in some shape or form in the movie, by making his eyes similar to Sasuke, real Naruto and Menma physical bodies are not the same, the Sharingan, face expression in the movie clip, when we know Naruto is load not cool, none of the people who watch the movie could explain why his hair was black, no back grown, nothing. This is Kishimoto guys and we all know his love for the Uchihas he is being very vocal is no longer a secret.

In Kishimoto's drawing Menma eyes look blue, so I definitely think it's okay for him to have blue eyes, but say more like Kushina's color than Minato/Naruto's. It could be believable that eyes would darken, most people that have any eye color other than dark brown did have their eye color darken from the time they were infants till around 8 or 9, occassionally it does happen later.

But Memna is nothing like Sasuke.

His hair style is black, but it's like Minato's. His eyes are dark blue, obviously not black like Sasuke's.

His attitude/fighting style/personality in general doesn't seem to be like 'calm cool and collected' Sasuke that sometimes has insane moments. Menma seems more wild, much like Naruto but on the opposite side of things.

Menma is much like the dark Naruto we saw in the manga. But with different coloring/appearance/motivation.

And I agree with Kirabook. From what I heard, his villain style is more of a Naruto in a evil sense.

On naruto's family book, menma looked exactly as naruto, he became this guy we seen because of tobi's possession.
you guys forgot this detail, just look for the trailer when naruto open the family book.

Still, when in possessed, Menma becomes the Dark Naruto. Pretty much, if people wonder what would be like if Naruto was evil. That's your answer. It's classic good vs evil twins.

well in appearance he looks just like naruto i honestly don't see sasuke there the wikers seem normal to me maybe because his hair is dark so the marks don't look deeper as when he is blond if that makes any sense and from the trailers and pictures he seems hot blooded like naruto and not calm like sasuke

The only Sasuke part is the hair color. Everything else is Naruto. I don't see it myself. Again, face structure can be similar to lots of character. It's the eye that makes them different.

it might also be because the animation isnt that great so black hair and a red eye but he could fit in the uchiha clan perfectly

Yeah, posessed Menma still has Naruto's face, just deepen the facial markings, change the eye and hair color, that's it.

Are these image look like dark Naruto with black hair? And to make it worse Charasuke is on the image too.

Kishi clearly says that when he thinks of one he thinks of the other (Kishimoto's 2012 interview), Dark Naruto is blond and with Kyuubi eyes. If the boy wasn't that close to looking like Sasuke I will let it slide but in the clips he look like Sasuke and when he is wearing the Mask he also look like Sasuke.

Before the movie spoiler were out we all thought that he was the real Sasuke when we saw the firts trailer.

My question are Why black eyes?
Why change his body looks?
Why black hair?
And why give Naruto the Sharingan If you didn't plan to relate our favorite character with the Uchihas?

People are free to believe what they want to believe I just think that if there were no similarities in any form no one with thought about him looking similar to Sasuke or SasaNaru kid has how they call him in other forums.

Now I will drop this subject.
