They're new but rather moved it. If you go back to chapter 699, that hand part is actually there already but instead, they edited it out and have Hinata going "Huh?" or something like that. That's the updated version.

No need. Everyone lost their heroine a long time ago. We just hoped she was on the road of recovery. Instead, she was on life support until arguably 693 or 699.I <3 TG. Touka may have replaced Sakura as my favorite manga heroine. Sorry. *ducks*

I would like to know their reactions too, and I agree that their fandom is much better than NH or SS. I mean if this were a yaoi manga NaruSasu would have been canon for sure.

Yes but this is so low rant. Not only art is corrected, but nothing has changed. This is so disappointing for the fans.
