What were the other 9? I could say this may be the weakest this year but that's more of a compliment to his other chapters because since January, they have been damn good. One Piece good. So I can deal with that but even so, I can't say it's bad, just entertaining. It's like dealing with summer film that were promised a drama one. Mindless but fun. To each of their own.

I think the hate occurs because of week break. No week break would be just decent.

Upset Tashigi hasn't become the Marine Queen yet. The one to find the One Piece will be the Marine King/Queen. Now that I think about it, Roger is sexist. How come a man was going to find the One Piece? What about Pirate Queen?
 
But no, most people found this chapter to show too much pointless stuff. Obviously he is about to showcase a commander in the forest (the guy that attacked them and cut the trees), but there was no need to make him attack at the very end. He could of attacked them 5-8 pages earlier, but he added in filler content. Like I said. It's obvious why he is taking a break week. This week he could barely make it. As a long time fan of his, this is one of his worst 10 chapters, ever.

I think she'll become big right around when Cobu does, and Luffy poses a threat to the Yonkos. Which is probably the last part of the story, if you count pre/post timeskip as the first two. That'll take a while, like 5 years I think.

About the other thing, I don't think Roger is sexist because he thinks women can't find OP(I guess his words could be more genderinclusive). But a lot of people think of man as the same as human so women are automatically included. Women can be actors but men can't be actresses, and it's still firemen and policemen. It wasn't always like that, women werent included before but the language hasn't evolved that much.

That last line is such an absurd exaggeration. How about ou just let the story progress? It wasn't filler, he's building an arc. He did stuff like this a lot in Dressrosa. There was absolutely zero indication that he "could barely make it" like you claim. You make it sound like he turned in a chapter that was half finished with sketch lines and stuff.

I swear, this fandom can get so bad sometimes. How many times has Oda built an arc like this? Just because this one doesn't involve fighting a super jacked enemy, people flip out and start bashing the guy like he doesn't know what he's doing. To go so far as to insinuate what you did is sad.

Go to youtube. Almost every big reviewer hated it, and comment sections are mostly people yawning along with them. Live reactions to it have people wondering why they're reading filler. Do you find a chapter of Chopper (a doctor) falling for a stupid illusion over and over again and the gang continue to comment on candy enjoyable? I get that the forest is the domain one of the commanders is now using to fight the Straw Hats, and he'll probably be Nami's opponent, but why draw it out like this? We didn't need 10 of the first 12 pages we got this chapter. I know this island is crazy and full of candy. The gang needs to stop acting surprised to fill up 18 pages of content. Its easy copy and paste writing to sell. They saw Sanji, questioned him being real, then saw 2 of Luffy, and then felt they had to find the Sanji they saw!? I expect that level of thinking from Luffy and Carrot, but not from Chopper or Nami. At least Nami was being a voice of reason because Chopper lost all his IQ in this chapter.

One Piece is about the adventure, and that is what Oda is building. It was fine.

Jordan was trolling about the sexist part, he wasn't being serious. Also, those were never "Roger's words". There was never anything to be gender inclusive about, as Roger never made a speech with the lines "become the Pirate King". PK was a title given to him by the world, he never brought the idea up. When he gave his dying speech, he told the world where he left the One Piece, and told everyone to go find it. He never mentioned the title.

I actually haven't read OP or manga for a while, I feel like ive grown apart from manga things. Plus the anime is so damn slow! >:( So they're challenging big mom? I know I can read myself but I will be happy if you can fill in cus im really curious. The arc sounds good tho, big villain and all.

Ew, one of the worst arcs in One Piece. Too many meaningless things happened in that arc. That's why so many people hate Rebecca. I think she's alright, but she didn't help make that arc better, that's for sure.

Not joking. Roger is sexist if he doesn't think Tashigi is best girl, and best marine. People want Nami to be the Pirate Queen. Only reason why I'm okay with that is because Marine Queen > Pirate Queen.

 

Long story short. Roger better of gave his will to Tashigi instead of Luffy. Just makes complete sense to me.

That arc was good but yeah, not that One Piece good, which is a shame. Oda wants to see how people likes a very long arc and they don't. Just do the same length as usual and it's just fine. Though a lot of important moments happened there or rather new characters and it's crucial to main plot, so again, I don't really hate it or whatever. I'm just glad all those characters are there as Luffy's fleet, so all those names (still can't remember) isn't one time ordeal.

Were not entirely sure if they're going to fight Big Mom, but there will most certainly be a confrontation at the least.

WOW! Has anyone seen One Piece Film Gold Episode 0 yet? Nami and Robin have the bodies of goddesses...

 

Whenever they make promos, they always give Nami and Robin 3x more thickness to their legs. Like, it's not even fair to the competition.

 

Nothing will beat the one they did with like 20 close ups on Nami swimming in 10 million dollar budget animation. That wasn't fan service, that was porn.

I just question why Sanji is so against the idea of marrying Pudding after He told her he would love to marry her. If it's not the marriage it self he's against but being caged in Big Mom's crew, it should indicate it in an internal dialogue at least
