Well, after the miserable manga ending happened I got busy with end-of-year stuff at work, the holidays, vacation -- all that kind of thing.  Most recently I've been pretty under the weather with pneumonia but making a slow recovery.
 
But I'm back here to help support the troops and commiserate with everyone who misses the real Uzumaki Naruto.

I hope you have your scars healed after that horrible ending! If anything....there's this one guarantee I can give you and that is, how much ever people say....they don't care about this series anymore and all...but...the real Uzumaki Naruto is missed....He'll always be missed...

that seems a nice manga.... From what manga are those pages anyway? Since I have always read a manga called "Sasuke-kun''s adventures with Princess Hinata's always craving for Naruto-kun's kitten in background" all over these years.

what neji was saying was right all along. naruto was destined to be hokage. this story has gone to kitten long before the ending, one of the reasons being is because kishi destroyed the main themes of this series.

I miss the halcyon days of Part I. The days when character still showed positive development. The days when the world building still made sense and characters used a variety of jutsu and ninja tactics to defeat their opponents. The days when love was simply a piece of a character's narrative. The days when everyone showed promise. The days when the story made sense. The days when Naruto was an awesome, happy-go-lucky kid who just wanted to be the best he could be and win the respect of those around him.

what neji is preaching was right all along. naruto was destined to be hokage. this story has gone to kitten long before the ending, one of the reasons being is because kishi destroyed the main themes of this series.

 

Yeah. Between the reincarnation thing and the toad sage, Kishi totally stomped on the moral of the chunin fight.

Toad Sage was ok though unnecessary. It would be ok for only Nagato to get it, only to still lose because destiny isn't the answer all the time. But instead, they stretched this and just got too fictional for its own universe, which says a lot.

If Naruto went without it, Nagato's end would be considered as revolution, because his deeds dramaticaly changed Naruto.

The reincarnation is where things went bad. I remember how many people felt like it was going to a bad direction and people begged that Madara is Indra and still is. Instead, the next chapter made everyone upset. It's forced, shoved in, and overdoing that it's hard to take it serious anymore. I mean it was already but this one did it.

I clearly remember my impression from it. I was like... wow, okay, so Naruto doesn't achive anything on his own... That Kaguya and other things was mindblowing, after reading chapter, it didnt' feel like Naruto at all, and I'm not even joking it was something totally different.

If only he saw Lego Movie...

I didn't like the fact that it was brought back again in the later scene, not really making this as life happens, but it's all planned so to be speak. If only Kishi's writing was planned.

Pein is such a good ending, and yeah, a lot is because it's a good one for NS fans. The fight is pretty good, it's emotional, and it ends with a nice NS moment.

The weight of it was high because Pain can relate to Naruto, he killed Jiraiya, was declared to be leader of Akatsuki, destroyed Konoha, emotions running high, Naruto is back with legit training, and the theme was about how Konoha truly appreciated Naruto. That should have ended. Sasuke who?

Hell, even everyone else felt that way. The games ended at Pain and felt like a good closure, anime gave a special style of opening, despite the terrible animation in the anime, and yeah, it felt like a good closure. Even Kishi went out his way to alter the ending. Sigh. Good last moment in the manga...

And the worst part is that after this really great moment, when so much of what Naruto dreamed for appeared to have happened, we get Naruto throwing away all dignity with the Cloud Ninja and the awful Kage Summit garbage.

I didn't saw Pein as someone who was pure villian in terms of their universe, he came for he justice. I love his monologue about "what about my village, what about my country, what about my people? Where was justice when your village destroyed my country with war" 

And Naruto who didn't have any answer was just intresting to watch, he needed to overcome it, but in the end... nothing had a point.
