I doubt it would be Toms brother, they already have Franky for the ship repairs and upgrades another would be overkill.

I guess Jimbei might join, it's a small possability but with him being a wanted merman now, it's possible he could join Luffy's crew as he has nowhere else to go.
So we finally find out what Robin and Franky are up to, and appears the Ponygliph story finally reappears.

Who knows we'll find out when this arc comes to an end I guess.

I like how Oda is showing what the people they crew have met over their journey are doing on the front cover, I guess next week the cover will be from the Island they met Buggy the first time, or maybe Buggy and his crew.

Zoro facing off with Hodi and his men, underwater, by himself, on a single lungful of air. This is the very definition of epic.

I like how much Zoro seems to have matured over the time skip. I guess getting his eye cut out by Mihawk taught him a bit of humility.

Seems like Zoro is going to own that shark but destroying the whole castle is pretty awesome.
Can't wait till Luffy's fight is up. And I think I missed smthng wasn't Luffy supposed to meet up with Jinbei?

And the whole nosebleed thing from sanji is getting old and annoying...
And the whole crew still gets those reaction of disbelief from the crowd

Hah, Zoro beat him with one slash. That's both awesome, on the part of Zoro, and pathetic, on the part of Hodi.

Luffy beating Decken while tied up was also damn cool.

I'm looking forward to Jinbei coming back. He's one of my favorite characters.

Awesome chapter; perhaps this will help get Sanji over his nosebleed thing. Like he started to get the nosebleeds from ordinary women because he spent two years with those okama's. He will stop having those nosebleeds because he saw the mermaid princess.

Liked luffy beeting up VanDerDecken but atm the whole crew seemed like to overpowered. It used to be that the whole crew got beat up and they comeback to beat the crap out of the victors.

I don't think Hodi is defeated yet what Kaimi said sounds dangerous his mind is more dangerous than his power... But I think we're forgetting Franky and Nico anyone knows where those two are?

I think they're supposed to be overpowered at this time. Remember that Zoro has trained with a Shichibukai, Luffy with one of the strongest people in the One Piece universe, and Sanji with Ivankov; for two years. Although I agree that Zoro's battle with Hodi isn't done yet.

You mean about the front cover showing what's happening in the Town they met Buggy? I was actually five weeks too early with that comment, but I think there was a auther break and a SJ break between so three weeks off.

Another good chapter, can't wait to see the reaction from the crew with Jinbei's revelation, Sanji should be the typical, kick to death, but Nami and Luffy's reaction could be very interesting, Arlong was the reason Nami cried, and Luffy went apekitten when he saw the room she was forced to draw the map, but Jinbei was also Ace's friend and got him out his funk.

With Nami it's even more traumatic, the person who let Arlong free, is infront of her, the man who killed her mother, forced her into pretty much slavery, and her village at ransom, but at the same time the person who saved the man who saved her village and her captain.

However considering they forgave Hachi it might not be a big deal.

I don't think it was Jinbei's intention to let Arlong do all those things, I think Arlong just got out of control.

@harry4e => yeah that's the one I was talking about and it was 2 chapters of I don't know how many weeks that is precisely (you predicted for 617 and it was on 619) but still quite a prediction to come up with. How did you get to it?

I DO hope we'll see some good reaction from Nami and Luffy. Otherwise, I'll be disappointed.

I think Jinbei also knows about Nami. He WAS a Shichibukai. He's bound to have gathered detailed information on Arlong's rampage. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if Jinbei requested that he take part in the investigation on Cocoyashi island. He probably did it to take responsibility of what happened.

Next chapter (or the next few chapters) might be predictable. I see Jinbei apologizing in the same manner Naruto did with the Raikage to Nami. Which will lead to an emotional part on Jinbei's character.

So in Torika the guy wants to eat God? Well the Anime is starting in a few weeks time as well as crossover with One Piece, so if it's worth watching i'll start reading the Manga, The the premise of finding the rarest ingredients in the world doesn't sound anyway near as exciting as say, becoming Hokage, Pirate King, or Mafia Boss.

But this chapter was hilarious specially the end even if it was kinda nasty if you think about it.

I don't think it was his intention either but it was a consequence of his action that led to the situation, and that's why he feels guilty.

As for guessing it, if you look at the past few front covers it shows what people on the island they've visited are upto in the order they visited, then (in the case of Luffy and Zoro) what the charators from the crews homeland are upto in order they were introduced. next we'll probably see the guy stuck in the treasure chest, then probably Kara and the three kids Usopp grew up with, then Sanji's floating restaurant and so on.
