Hatake lay on the ground, desperately trying to get his meds in before he apperently 'cracked'. He didn't understend what the doc ment when he said "If you don't take this when you get stressed, you'll regret ever living, and/or being concious. No matter what the situation, either but that in, or knock yourself out!" ment JUUUST yet, but it seemed like a good idea to stab himself with his meds or knock himself out.

Grabbing his Tranquilizer, Hatake injected it into his neck, seeing a girl comming. 'Losing.. Thought... Body... Heavy... I... Like... Kittys..?' Hatake began to go numb, his meds working, his thoughts iregular, his train of thought desperately trying to regain control of his body. His screams were going away, but he could see someone trying to help him, though he swore he could see a trickle of blood from her ear.

"Sorry" He mumbled, his meds making him more calm, more relaxed, and for some reason, he couldn't speack clearly. He could only mumble. 'I have to be rational, and ask myself, why in the WORLD did I become a ninja if i only scream like mad, make people deaf, and put my team mates lives in danger?' Crawling on the ground slowly to his little area of tree's about 2 miles off, he saw a blur of Green, and yells of "THATS YOUUUUTHFUUUUUULLLL, CRAWLING ON THE GROUUUUDDDD" the strange, Bushy eyebrowed person said. Continuing to crawl, he had that freeky stalker follow him the whole way, also crawling. 'And I thought my fear of women was odd...'

I wondered what was up with the guy crawling away. He was kinda kawaii . I looked at the book in my hand and I started to read it.

A Hour later

I was traumatized.Truely traumatized.I cried silently to myself sitting on a nearby beanch. The book is going back to him.NOW!!!!

Hatake lost his train of thought when he reached his little 'place'. He stayed tehre when his 'Gaurdians' had a party, and locke dhim out. Or what he liked to call it, Friday Night. He lay tehre, lisening to the tranquil river flowing nearby, the rustle of the tree's swaying gently, and the ocasional animal. He had long remembered this place as his second home. And where he met him.

Placing a small genjutsu around the area, Hatake began to slumber. The genjutsu in particular, was an instant sleep one. One he needed. To clense his mind. Of Icha Icha Paridis, Whips 'n Women.

"GAHHHH! I'm ... so ... fudging ... BORED!!!!!"

I exclaimed, as I slapped my face with both my hands and pulled down, as if pulling off my face. I was going out of my mind. It was barely the end of the first day of vacation, and I'd wished it were the last.

"Man...I wanna go on a mission again!," I shouted to the sky as I threw myself on a bench, posing as a hobo, "I wanna go kick some ninja-buttocks...or deliver some secret-awesome-OH-MY-DOG-don't-look-in-here-not-meant-for-all-eyes documents... save some royalty snot....or kick some ninja-bad-guy-bootay!!"

I enjoyed wining and ranting, it helped me express myself in many ways, and that's exactly what I was doing. I squeezed my eyes together, tightened my pout, and over-dramtically cried, rocking myself on the bench.

"I can't believe we don't have a mission until 2 more days!! GAHHHHHHH!! NOOOOOO!! I need to do something!!," I shouted as I continued to cry to myself, "Anything! Something to just be able to extract myself from this disease of bore--"

That was it.

Epiphany.

The old hag in charge.

"THE OLD HAG HOKAGE!"

I cheekily grinned as I jumped up with a fist in the air.

"I KNOW! I'll just go see that old bag for something to do!! WHOOOT! And if she's busy, heck she'll MAKE time! Yay!! Sayuri's a genius!"

I grinned and dusted myself off, jumping off the bench. I bid Hikaru-baa-sensei, Reniko, the other jounin-sensei, and the blonde girl later, before running towards the Hokage Building.

Objective found: Escape boredom.

Looking around I stood in place jsut gazing at the others.

"So..yea....kinda rolled on by here and you knwo so ..umm wha'ts up?"

After askign my confused and stupid question I continued to stand there.

Gazign at the sky, I continued thinking...

I looked up from my third bowl, noodles and soup our my mouth, and looked behind me at one-of-two guy teammate, whom was looking at the sky.

"Mmmmeniko-kuuuun!!"

I shouted as I placed the bowl down, jumped from my seat and tackle glomped him. He let out a yelp as I jumped off of him and pulled him and his arm into the Ichiraku Paradise. I plodded him down on the left stool next to mine and swallowed the noodles that had been in my mouth, waving around.

"Hiya Reni-kun! GUESS WHAT! I'm gonna give you my Extra Large bowl of Miso Ramen!," I excitedly exclaimed as I pushed the bowl to him and grinned, "I have to watch my figure of course!"

He sweatdropped, thanked me, and carefully picked up a pair of chopsticks, whilst eyeing me. I grabbed a napkin and daintily dabbed the corners of my mouth, mumbling my "Heck, I'm not treatin' ya though...hehehe"

"Oi! My fortune ookie!"

I reached for it but found the space empty. I looked up and noticed a girl about the age of 12, sitting with her head against the counter, blonde hair frazzled.

'Oooh, kid's probably had a rough day' I thought as I rubbed a chin, 'Ah HAH! I know!'

I picked up my fortune cookie, broke it in half and places a half in my mouth, munching it. I looked at the fortune and grinned.

"Your future holds a promise. Keep it"

I cheekily looked around and made sure the girl had her head down. I wiped the sneaky look on my face, cleared my throat, and tapped the girl on the shoulder. She lifted her head and looked up at me in confusion.

"Ahem! Exuse me! It seems that our fortunes got el mixed up," I said as I handed her my fortune and took her, "So, I guess that one's yours and this ones mine! Yay!"

The blonde-girl looked down at her new fortune with green eyes, and gave a yelp of happiness. I looked down at mine and grinned.

'I hope my fortune will help her out abit,'

I looked swivled around to look at Reni-kun and saw that he was currently stuffing his face.

"YOSHAI! THANKS FOR THE RAMEN, AYAME-CHAN AND OLD MAN-OSSAN!"

I exclaimed, slapping down the cash with a considerable tip for my bowls I had eaten. I burped and giggled shyly and pulled one of my swords out to pick my teeth with.

"AHHHH....THAT'S some good eatin'!"

I walked out of the stand with a big satisfied grin on my face and stopped when I heard the granny-sensei and the other jounin-sensei talking at the bulliten board. I tossed my sword behind me and it sheathed with a smooth close. I quickly jumped infront of the bulliten board and looked up, rubbing my nose, and began to read the poster.

"Gosh thanks Sayuri!!, " I exclaimed reaching for my newly acquired food, and eating it. The best it was and every bite made me grin like a little school boy.

As Sayuri looked around and read her fortune I gazed at the others surrounding our area. Everyone was moving, doing something, moving things, planning events, and even making weird faces. No what was I supposed to do?

“ So wait what are we doing here again?”, I asked in a questionable voice. Though I asked loudly, the room was in a buzz with everyone talking to others and not really listening to what was around them. I again asked the same question, and again no answer.

An out-of-body experience or just ignorance?…I thought. I seemed alive and well, and everyone did seem to look alive as well…..

With no response and everyone fixed on their own things, I decided to see, to what extent would they continue to not hear things, or see things. Grabbing hold of one of the bowls, I snuck off to the back of the building. Laying beside a fresh juice container was a small, but useable rope which was exactly what I needed.

With the rope and hand , I set down the bowl, making sure nothing would break, and tied the rope around my waist. Using the other side I jumped up and threw it over a near dangling pole, using it to haul myself up n to the top of the building., with the bowl in hand.

“Now let’s see what will happen,” I said with a mumble.

Holding the bowl over the edge I counted to three and let go, hoping the sound would at least make someone look..

I looked up and then down. A bowl of ramen was broken! THE HORROR!!!!!!!!!!!

The air was still.

A few stiffled gasps trembled the silence.



'why...?'


I stopped a few yards away from the Ichiraku Paradise stand and slowly turned around. The winds shot lines of shocks throughout my body. My breathing labored as the sound of the crash touched my ears.

I sprinted to the site of the murder and feel on my knees. My labored breathing became heavier as I gently picked up the pieces of the victim. I bit my lower lip, trying to calm my nerves as I looked over the spilled noodles and broth. I kneeled back and threw my head in the air, my arms flexed and my hands clenched the left soul.

"NNNNNNNNNNNNNNUUUHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH~~~~~!?!!

The perfectly good Ramen was wasted, it's bowl shards scattered on the ground. My body shook with anger, as the anger from a lost one's death would give. I clenched the dirt on the ground. I stood up slowly, my hair covering my eyes with my head tipped forward. I raised both of my hands on my sword hilts and pulled gently, unsheathing them slightly. I turned my body around to face in the direction of the murderer.

"Reniko....."

My voice as warm as ice and sweet as salt and growing louder by each word.

"....kun...."

I quickly pulled my swords out with a deafening slice. I held one limply at my side and the other I raised slowly, to point at the evil noodle killer. I raised my head slowly, my bangs brushing from face, revealing eyes aflame. My teeth clenched and knuckles turning white, as I gripped my sword hilts.

"WHY DID YOU DO THIS~~~~~!?!

I saw the girl who gave me a fourtune cookie grab her sword and looked about ready to kill!
I WANTED TO HELP!!!!! "Hey can I help," I said as I grabbed 2 kunais, a kanta, and about 10 senbon...
Really i was scared of my self, and what I would do...

Kogane walked cheerily down the road towards the Ichiraku ramen stand. She just got done having a good plate of sushi at her favorite sushi stand, and now it was time to top of off with a good bowl of happy deliciousness.

What she didn't expect to see was a couple of Genin standing around, one with her swords drawn and looking like she was about to attack another. She frowned. 'Friggin' kids, always causing problems. They better no interrupt my meal.'
"Knock it off, you two!" She barked, then took a seat at the stand. "You do NOT want to interrupt my meal!."

Kaid went by and noticed Kogane's attitude towards the genins and sat next to her. "They are just kids, we were all like that at some point and time." he said to her giving a warm smile. "My name's Kaid, what's yours?" he asked her.

"Naiya Kogane," she replied. She gave a warily look back at the Genin. "I'm a new Jounin. I haven't met anyone else around here."

Ther were two old ladies looking at the three of us. I put my weapons down and introduced my self.
"Hi my name is Uzumaki Miyako, and it's nice to meet you." ...

Ah! A Genin with manners! Kogane smiled. "Naiya Kogane. It's a pleasure."

"Knock it off, you two!" She barked, then took a seat at the stand. "You do NOT want to interrupt my meal!."

My head whipped to the lady inside the Ramen Stand. There sat a white-haired lady, with a moody air about her, as she stated about her meal.

'Who does this...'

I growled behind clenched teeth after the lady's outburst, my veins throbbing in my forehead. The perfectly good ramen was helpless and cold on the ground and now, Miss Moody, had shouted at me...ME!?! I looked at her and quickly threw my fisted hands, holding my swords, in the air, shaking them up and down.

"Oi!," I shouted as I shook a sworded-fist at her, "Mind your own business, Prudee-san!"

She ignored me and looked at the other Jounin-sensei, answering his question.

"Naiya Kogane," she replied. She gave a warily look back at the Genin. "I'm a new Jounin. I haven't met anyone else around here."

Ther were two old ladies looking at the three of us. I put my weapons down and introduced my self.
"Hi my name is Uzumaki Miyako, and it's nice to meet you." ...

I blinked and looked between the girl that had introduced herself as Miyako and Prude-san that had introduced herself as Kogane. I growled and grinned, letting the Prude-jounin's outburst slide.

"Hai!," I began before rubbing my nose and throwing a confident cheeky grin her way, "Say hello to the next Hokage, Uzumaki Sayuri! Now prude-san, I would watch the genin you're speakin' to...that certain genin might be your BOSS in the future!!!"

I threw my head back, with my hands on my hips, as I took a confident pose, and laughed loudly.

Kogane nearly spit out the miso ramen in her mouth - a horror even by her standards. "Hey, brat, I think Uzumaki Naruto already beat you on that. What, isn't he away on training with a SANIN? Sounds like he's making GOOD on his proclomation!"

"ummmm...."...I said staring at my teammate.

With that I pointed at a bird hoping everyone would look that way.

Jumping in front of Krisk, I stuck my tongue out at her and ran off. Looking for some type of cover, i noticed six lined up trees were I could easily hide from my chasing teammate. Launching myself into the buddle of branches that the trees had left , I crunched down trying to hide every part of myself. With that I grabbed to pebbles lying next to me.

Holding one in my hand i peeked out of one side of the branches being careful that no one would see me. I spotted Krisk and with a flick of my wrist I threw the small stone at her head, softly that is.

I was walking past Ichiraku on my way home when I overheard a loud scream. I rushed back over there only to see....two jounin-sensei, my student Miyako, and some girl, who looked like she was upset over a bowl of ramen. Ugh...ridiculous. [i]It's just ramen for crying out loud[i/]. Before I say anything, the situation seems to settle down as Miyako introduces herself to the others.

After she finishes with the introductions I here the other girl announce her intentions to become Hokage. Uzumaki Sayuri eh? Another Uzumaki declaring that they will be the next Hokage...meh...must be some kind of family thing. One of the jounin-sensei seem to agree with as she spits out ramen and informs Sayuri of her competition.

I slowly walk the remainder of the distance and make my presence known. "Hey, Miyako, so this is what you do with your free time," I say rather impassively. However, before she can respond a small rock hits Sayuri right in the forhead. I look back in the direction of the rock when I see the tree move. Oh crap, this isn't going to end well.

Kogane tried not to laugh at the look on Sayuri's face. A rock hitting a person right in the forehead is never a pleasant thing, but hilarious when one watched what followed.

Her attempts failed. She laughed anyway.

My veins throbbed everywhere on my body, as I glared at the pebble with a 2000 degree eye death-ray. I clenched my teeth and slowly gripped my swords. Oh yes, someone was asking for a all-expense paid to a "Coffin Cruise". I growled out before looking and shooting my eyes around. I pointed to the rock and eyed everyone, before threw my head back.

"WHO'S ASKIN' FOR TWO KATANA-SANDWHICHES!?!"

My shouted threat/question echoed as I motioned to the the girly-thrown pebble.

*SHUFFLE*

I eyes shot across behind the new dude-jounin, that greeted Miyako, and saw parts of dark hair shuffling around behind the tree. I grinned, despite my anger, as if I'd found my prey. I didn't even have to be a ninja to figure out Reniko was behind that tree--his hiding spot was as obvious as a sore-thumb.

Extremely sore, if I had anything to say about it...

My mind ventured as I thought up many, many ways of torture for my oh-so-lovable teammate. My eyes flashed red as I looked in the direction of the obliviously-caught Reniko, and I gritted my teeth. I gripped my swords infront of me and I took a breath and shifted my right foot forward.


"AIAIIAIAIAIAIIAAIAIIAIAIAIIAIAIIA!!!!!!!!!!"

Without warning I let out a battle-scream and charged at my teammate in-hiding. Dust shot behind me as I zipped past the other ninja, both katana in tow, and my yell following after.

I glared at my sensei. "You are so mean! I just met them ,and at least I introduced myself!" I mutterd under breath then I started to curse under my breath. Just then the fourtune girl ,Sayuri, charged at the person who chucked the rock at her. I grabbed her by the collar of her shirt. "Listen, if your gonna kill him let ME help. He wasted a bowl of perfectally good ramen." ...
